So my girlfriend decides she wants wants to move out of her house, go on a vacation for a month and a half and then move into a new apartment when she gets back. So where do all of her possessions that fill up her apartment go? Not my place. She has way too much junk, and I mean junk. This stuff gotta go in public storage. So I expected the staff at this place to all be salty retired naval officers with eye patches and hooks or something, but I was totally wrong. The guy who helped us was awesome. He was tall muscular, handsome and charming. If I were to compare him to any dragon ball character I’d say he could pull off a pretty good Ox King, which is one of my favorites. He said I look like Krillin. I thought he should give up the storage business and become a professional wrestler. Anyway… Above and beyond good service. Set us up with the lock, helped us pick out which size unit was perfect for us told us all the ins and outs of storing your stuff like the pros do. We were like best friends by the end this. The only thing we disagreed on was how great the Mexican restaurant Los Montanas is. Amazing Tortas there. I’ll be back there for all of my storage needs, no doubt!

I have been to every public storage in the greater bay area and I can say that the Walnut Creek facility is hands down the nicest. This place is so clean & has very helpful names for the rows. The staff are very courteous and helpful as well. Never once have the staff made a rude comment or joked about me bringing & storing my vast collection of Real Dolls. I usually leave Veronica in the passenger seat for she is the number one sister wife, however I have to rotate between Beth, Courtney & Monique seasonally. So its not uncommon for people seeing me give life-size love dolls rides on the trolly that Dave (the manager) provides for me. Most people would frown or tease a grown man for having, let alone storing my beauties. Thank you Walnut Creek Public Storage team for making everyone feel welcome!

I am grateful for Public Storage in Walnut Creek, especially Dave and Amber. I needed a storage unit FAST and they were there for me, helping to solve my situation with immediate results. The location is safe, very clean, and Dave is accommodating as needs change, with size and price options. Once I even left the location with my unit completely open and Dave secured it until I could return! NOT that I recommend ever doing this! Dave and Amber are welcoming and helpful. Units are secured inside the building so I never had to encounter poor weather conditions when moving my items which was important since I was coming and going often. They have great carts which I couldnt have done my moves without, saving a lot of money and priceless time! Awesome People and place!

What a great manager in Dave! I cant say enough great things about him and the things he has done for me and my family at Public Storage. 5 star service! The facility is right off the freeway and looks newer than a lot of the competition in the area. They have everything you need to store your items safely and securely. I happened to run into the District Manager - Bernard and he took time to talk to me about my storage needs. Another great person who was actually helpful without trying to hard sell me something. I also found out he is local and our kids go to the same school. What a plus for a large company which hires locals. Public Storage is the best! Be aware of the Walnut Creek PS pricing structure. PS automatically increases pricing every 6 months based on market pricing. My unit went up 16.7% after the first 6 months. The only way to hold pricing for a year is to prepay. I have a second storage unit in the area and they only increase my unit 5% a year! The other issue I have with the Walnut Creek PS location is accessibility. If you use your storage unit frequently, it is a pain to have to use an elevator and walk down long hallways to get to your unit. Unless you are desperate, I would look at other storage facility options before choosing this location.

Went to this public storage only because it was near me, When I went in I was helped by a guy name Dave. He was a pretty funny guy I must say, great sense of humor. He made sure I got the prefect spot to store my things, to be honest I really should just get ride of this junk but sometimes thats hard when you are a guy like me who likes to keep some dumb things, anyways this was a great place. price wasnt to bad, location is pretty good. I like that my unit is in the basement so that way I am alone. Just over all it is awesome to store here, great guy Dave. You are really cool, we need to hang out sometime!!!!

Went there looking for a larger unit, and Dave, the manager asked what I was planning on storing. He actually recommended a smaller unit with what I was storing, which of course saved me money. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I returned the next morning, and stopped in the office with a couple of questions, and Deena, the manager, helped me right away, and answered my questions very professionally. The facility and units were extremely clean. By far the best priced facility, with also having the most professional staff.

This branch of Public Storage was easy to work with for the 3 years that I had a unit there. None of my items were damaged, access hours (6 AM-9 PM) were generous, and the onsite representatives, in particular Mike, were very helpful during the move-out process. An additional consideration: there is no trash disposal at this branch, which means if you have to throw something out, youll need to find a dumpster yourself. This is a slight inconvenience, and becomes more of the problem the less space you have in your vehicle.

I just rented a unit at this location and was helped by Victoria, and WOW, what great customer service! Victoria was so knowledgeable and personable, and made my experience enjoyable. Never thought that I would be saying that about renting a storage unit! Dave was great also! He was polite and carried my supplies to my car for me. This location is convenient near the freeway, has nice wide-open parking and the units are easy to access and very clean. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

This property is amazing. Spaces are clean, well lit, safe, super accommodating, easily accessible, and best of all climate controlled! We use them every year for about 3 months to store perishable and expensive items. Id like to also point out the the customer service ROCKS. Shout out to Dave and Stephanie for always being right there with us anytime we needed anything or had questions. Id highly recommend this storage unit site for any of your storage needs.
