I have had two units here for a few months, its more expensive and they require you get insurance on each unit at nine bucks a piece. If you call in to make your payment they charge you an additional 8 bucks for using the phone. Last month it took me three times going by to pay the bill and just today I went by and the office was closed even though the sign said they would return 15 minutes prior. I waited and tried to call but finally gave up. Not very impressed

A storage space is a storage space so your decision likely comes down to one of location, convenience, pricing, and customer service. Extra Space Storage has all of these going for them and more. The customer service, in particular, is outstanding, as they took the time to explain all the options that were avaialble to me simply and concisely. If you need to store some of your stuff - I highly recommend this location and the staff that works there.

We decided to rent a storage unit at the last minute and Alex not only told us about the only one available, he called back within minutes to let us know that a better storage was opening up the same day. He was helpful and very thorough with the paperwork and he was a real genuine person. Usually I feel like people are just trying to upsell everything but he genuinely wanted what was in our best interest. Thank you Alex!

Great place to grab moving supplies when you dont want to run into the big box stores. They had everything I needed, a great variety of box sizes and the manager Alex was very helpful. He saw that my hands were full with two little kids and he kindly carried all of my boxes out to the car for me. Great service, great product. Definitely recommend!

After dealing with a competitor in town and their lack or customer service, It was a huge relief working with the manager Alex here at extra space, answered all my questions and made sure all my needs were met, and a great deal. Decent storage but pricey considering there so / so security. They have a large sign saying first month free but that is not true, only free on specific units (the sign does not indicate that).
