Had my car here for four months when I was in Alaska. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of one is that they did let me know to expect one of the tires to be flat when I came to pick it up. I told them weeks in advance I would be picking the car up soon, and I would let them know the date when I had it. The date my company had me fly back down to Washington was late in the night before my monthly charge started again. I let them know I wouldnt be able to pick it up until that day, and was trying to see if they could only charge me a prorated rate for the day or at least be flexible in any other sort of way. They responded by telling me they wouldnt have to charge me if I got the car on the last day of my intended last month. My flight didnt land until after the gates were shut down and I let them know that would be the case. I had no further response when i explained my situation and woke up with the full next months charge to my bank account. They did not seem very organized, and definitely were not helpful. If you need a good place to store a vehicle, go to one of the national chain storage facilities where they probably have their act together.

High management turn over...and it just keeps getting worse. The maintenance boy that drives around, has the personality of a....well, you fill in the blank. Been with them for over 4-years.....and even though it will cost me a couple extra dollars, I found a really nice, clean, safer place to keep my stuff, and most of all....its indoors. The manager at U-Store, just up the road, has been there for years, which says allot, compared to this place. Affordable storage had some really good managers in the past. Very sociable and friendly. Now its a mess. With all the stupidness you deal with out there all week, you dont need it, just to go through your storage at this place. Time to move....as much as its going to be a pain....but to never drive through their gates again.....it will be worth it.!!

I had a unit at Affordable Self-Storage for almost a year and a half. I was living in a different state, and when I was finally able to get back to my stuff, it was safe and sound. The facility is managed well and the people that I dealt with were very helpful. Rent did go up, but its gone up everywhere and they are still, as their name says, Affordable.

Weve been parking our business trucks here for almost a year now. Never and issue. They are very accommodating and helpful. I recommend customers to them for their storage needs when our storage isnt the best fit for their needs.
