Well, first off they are not 24 hours like ALL the sites I have been to suggest. Which is one of the reasons we chose them. But, when your in a time crunch like we were, we chose not to argue. Secondly, after getting moved in, we had some garbage to dispose of. Thats not unusual, right. We had some leftover boxes and some trash bags. We were still moving things around so the back if our truck was full. I looked everywhere for a dumpster or a trashcan. There was none. My friend, being a typical male suggested we just leave it or toss it over the fence. No. I was sure the people in the office would be helpful. All the reviews have said so. But we got no such helpfulness. Not even a suggestion as to where we could take the trash. So there I am with my truckbed loaded and these leftover boxes I had put on top of my hood temperarily and no help from this place I had just given my money to. Do you know how hurt I felt. And there was this dumpster right out front with a lock on it that they said we couldnt use. The apartments down the way dont have dumpsters either. I couldnt drive down the road like that. Im serious, they just watched us struggle to keep the boxes on the hood of my truck while we slowly drove away in search of a dumpster. These people suck.

This experience has become a nightmare and I dont even really know where to start. I have an issue with staff at this location and the situation has become unmanageable and unreasonable. I rented 2 units in Febuary and the team that helped me at the time only added me as an accessor to the 2nd unit we acquired and put it in the person I was withs name for convience and its an invonvience now that we have seperated. Approximately 2 weeks into the storage agreement my girlfriend at the time was accused of living in the unit and they imposed a lock over policy that gave me access 1 hr a day with restrictred access on Both Units. I am offended by the acquisition in general and extremely disappointed in how the management handled the situation. They went as far as using Imaginary contract terms to justify actions barring access, no notices or regards to my small business and the effects.

I paid up my past balance of 600 and their lock was on it and mine and all my stuff was gone. They cut my lock and took what they wanted and wont give me a refund my wedding dress was in there and kids toys. Nice... They also added on a 50 clean up fee hey thanks a lot this place is as crooked as they come please dont trust your stuff there!

This place is off the beaten path and the new management is awesome! They gave me a fair deal when I signed up, and took the time to make sure I got what I needed.
