Amazing place! They were very informative and upfront, no hidden fees or lockers that end up being crap quality. Nice elevator, clean facility, good layout, affordable prices, friendly staff, and best of all, great hours! I work your standard 9-5, Mon-Fri so I simply cant have a storage locker that doesnt offer extended + weekend hours, which this location does! Definitely recommended. Edit: I actually got a phone call from them today, letting me know that theyll be doing maintenance on the second floor (which is where my locker is), and what time theyd be done around. I really appreciate that theyre so good at communicating with their tenants! Ive never had a storage place actually call me to let me know something like that before. A couple times I went to my locker, only to find that I wasnt able to access it because of some kind of maintenance that no one had informed me about.

New facility. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. The staff are customer-focused. The property has marked parking alongside the main storage building. This is very convenient for those who need disability parking. (...when people pay attention. But thats on the other tenants, not the staff.) Main building has elevators (two) for those with units on the upper floors. (There are three floors.) The main building is also climate controlled (cool in the heat, and warm at night).

We met with Angel at Extra Space Storage on SE 208th Street in Kent, Washington, today. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made this process, which we are totally unfamiliar with, smooth and easy. She answered all of our questions patiently and showed us the unit we were interested in. The units are very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, and especially Angel.

This is a great place for storage. They have thought of almost everything for making your storage experience as hassle free as possible. The doors to the facility stay open by a magnet. The hallways are wide and clean. There are carts at the entry ways to help get things in and out of the facility. The staff that I have interacted with have always been kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

I just got a unit here today, and the ladies were really helpful. They were really clear in explaining the charges, including the fine print. The place is new, so the units are really clean. Set up was a breeze, and I had access to my unit right away. I really like that they have anniversary billing, as opposed to first of the month like some other places.

So far, so great! I just rented a unit here last week and have made several trips with boxes that I need to have stored for a few months. The two women at the front desk were extremely helpful (when I called and also when I talked with them in person). They were knowledgeable, customer service oriented and efficient. The place is clean and feels secure.

The moment I entered the office, i was treated with professionalism, asked about our needs and what we were looking for, prices, sizes etc. Couple days later I signed up and got me a storage. Storage is very clean, top notch, organized, the access hours a plus. So far so good.

Horrible place! Manage to find some reason to keep your money or charge extra. I wIll never use this place again. You can go right down the road to storage 1 on Benson and that place is amazing, heat controlled and so secure.
