This location told us they had looked at all the other UHauls in WA and that our request could not be accommodated. Once the woman we spoke to knew we needed something outside the norm she suddenly didnt want to try to help us. We called the location in Auburn who were easily able to do so. We wont attempt to do business with them again.

It would be nice if their website was functional for looking at units and current pricing. Totally blank, then when I try to send email, it loads and never comes up.

Never had any issues with this place. Very Secure site I just wish I could get access to my unit after hours if I needed too. But no complaints.

TIP: they got a Uhaul Box truck no one every rents, just in case you need to move something on the fly.
