I have rented from many storage places over the years including some of the big ones. This is the best experience I have had. Why? Thats easy. They are not expensive and deliver value for the dollars you pay. They are clean and secure and do not smell (yes, I have had the uber smelly storage experience). The staff is polite and helpful and works with you as a partner. They have value added services like the free truck rental. They also have real discounts and offers that are not fake. They dont offer you the first month at a reduced rent and then trick you with hidden fees (yup, been there and done that too). Yes, admitedly I would like a light inside my unit. But they have security reasons why they dont provide this that are valid and ultimately better for us as consumers. They have plenty of carts and a bathroom that is not yucky. I would HIGHLY reccommend that you rent from them. Tell them Vanessa sent you, we might both get discounts!

Money Saver had everything we needed for temporary storage in-between houses. Their 10x15 storage unit on the ground floor was available right when we needed it; this was an ideal location, as the roll-up garage door was just down the hall from the unit. The free use of their truck for the move-in was also much appreciated, as was their retail selection of moving supplies in the front office. Id give five stars if not for some occasional curtness from the branch manager, which was a bit off-putting and made us hope he wouldnt be around when we dropped by.

The prices are reasonable, units have individual as well as common area security, and the hours to get into your unit are handy. There can be some challenge in finding moving carts on a sunny Saturday, but the staff know where to find more. Its also nice to have access to a moving truck for an affordable price. The only downside is that the individual units do not have their own light, so you only have the hallway lights to see inside.

Great bang for the buck! Most reasonable prices around and a good variety of available units. They offer a wide range of hours to access your unit and the location feels safe and secure. Like other have noted, the lighting inside could be better, but it is more than sufficient to get items in and out safely.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and affordable, and access is easy and efficient. It could possibly be slightly more secure and well lit, but overall an excellent value.

Tami, the manager is great to work with. She tries to offer you just the size storage unit you need and not upsell to a bigger one just because if the price. Wonderful personality.
