Horrible storage facility. When we moved in it was so dirty there was tons of dirt covering the whole floor. Took an hour each to clean out the units we were renting and many full dust pans. This was made even more difficult due to poor lighting. Complaint was met with terrible customer service. We figured oh well, good location. Now we had an issue because our bank changed our credit card number due to concern on their part stating it had been compromised so they sent us a new one in the mail. This process took awhile and wasnt fast enough. This storage company slapped is with 3 late fees, one for each unit with no warning, $45 total! We reminded them of the situation and were talked down to for being late despite our situation. They were exceptionally rude and disrespectful. We plan to move out ASAP to Sherlock as they are friendly, clean, and have excellent lighting. Location not as convenient but worth it considering how terrible this place is.

Wonderful facility with friendly managers. Clean building with plenty of great amenities. I have had multiple storage units across the Seattle area and this is my favorite. There is one issue I have in regards to their pet policy. I understand the reason for the policy... just dont care for it, being an owner of a small dog. Thanks for all your assistance and outstanding customer service Money Savers!!!

Mold. A good nose can smell it soon as you enter. Since its open air ceiling....you will also get mold on your things and track the spores wherever your things go. This place is a petri dish......health dept should probably be notified. Management shouldnt allow this...its pretty obvious. Take a wiff when u walk in...its very strong. At least in the North building. Not sure about the others.

The scenic backdrop of the Sammamish Valley adds to the good experience of using Totem Lakes Money Saver Storage. The units are clean and secure, and the managers are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The bottom line selling feature is the price--much more affordable than that of their local competitor.

We have been with Money Saver Storage for around 8 years now. They are conveniently located not far from our home and have the nicest managers. Theyve always been very helpful and have a truck that you can rent which has made it great on occasions when weve needed one. Very nice place to do business with!!!!!!!!!!

The people working at this storage facility are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions I have and help in any way they can. The building itself is not the greatest, but not bad either. You get what you pay for. Security seems to be good.

This is not a U Haul location. Its a nice storage facility, for sure. (Have had a unit here for a while) but not a U Haul location.
