I am not going to save the best for last. I want to lead off by talking about Travis, who works at this Public Storage and is the epitome of excellence. He is honest (upfront about all charges and options), hardworking (he stayed late to help facilitate my move after I had been delayed trying to weave my car-towing Uhaul through rush hour traffic), professional, thorough and amicable. I would hire him for any job, anywhere, as his personality guarantees that whatever he may not know going in, he will pick up quickly and apply effectively. Obviously, I really cannot say enough about how impressive his service was even up to my eventual relinquishing of the storage unit after moving everything into my new home. Now, as for the unit itself. It is a mixed bag, but mostly good. The negatives are that the location is offset a bit from a T-intersection and the front parking lot is a bit narrow. That makes entering the lot and maneuvering around slightly cumbersome especially in a large truck. Also, there is a small, but noticeable bump at the top of the ramp leading into the storage building that can cause some minor annoyance when wheeling things up the ramp into the building on a cart. Now, that said, there are many good things to list, including the aforementioned carts that are available to renters at the entrance to the building - a real godsend. Also, between the various pass codes, surveillance cameras and your own special cylinder lock, people should feel quite confident about the security of their items. I was also glad that the elevator was quite large, big enough to hold an entire three person couch. That about wraps it up. A good storage area at a reasonable price with a couple of minor issues, but the quality of the service is what propels this place into five-star territory. If they ever lose Travis, I am going to edit this review! ; )

Travis was very helpful with answering questions, detailing information so I could understand guidelines more efficient. He is friendly as well, with manners. Mat, listened to what was going on and understood my concerns and questions. He did not have an answer to one question and immediately called the manager to get an answer. Which the manager did not answer, as Mat said "He is driving most likely", cant be mad at that. He gave me an estimate and that was good enough for me for the time being. Which Mat said the manager will be in soon. I told him I would be calling soon although to get a direct answer **Though when I called the public storage a couple times during business hours, nobody had answered. So I waited 5-10 minutes, called again and still no answer. Once I got back to the Public Storage, Mat and the manager had apologized and said they were on the floor by the units. Not convenient, so maybe a store portable phone, along those lines. BUT all in all, I did receive check up calls and they showed they cared about what I needed to do after moving everything out. I WILL come back this Public Storage and I WOULD recommend anybody to use this storage especially with such generous employees. Thank you! Thank you! ! FYI they offered me the deals before I could ask. Which I dont know which employee that was. But great work, helped me a lot.

I want to take moment and thank Anji and Travis for being so friendly and helpful today when I went in to make my payment. I specifically want to point out the kudos Anji deserves; I met her a few months ago at the Bellevue location (where my unit is) and I remember she was so personable, happy, and helpful. So, when I walked into the Redmond location today and saw her, not only did I recognize her, she recognized me! In any business and any position, especially customer facing positions -- It speaks volumes to have this happen. I met Travis today, but would like to point out he is also extremely friendly and customer oriented. He went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend using Public Storage thanks to employee’s like Anji and Travis! Thanks!! :)

I contacted Public Storage earlier today about my upcoming move! I spoke with an amazing team member named Tyler. I told him about how I would be moving in the next few months due to job change and needed a storage unit big enough for a studio apartment. He told me all about the current promotion for this month being only $1 for rent and then the monthly rate for a 10x10 each month after. He also explained that promotions change daily! Im extremely excited to be able to use Public Storage when I move in the next few months. Theyre very accommodating and flexible!! When I arrived Stacie was just leaving on her lunch break but reopened the office to help me right away. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped confirm my storage needs and walked me through the process quickly and professionally. The facility while not brand new looks solid and dependable and has excellent security features including secured gate, building and even floor access. Carts are provided for help when moving items and storage material such as tape, boxes, wrap, etc. were on sale at good prices if needed. Definitely would recommend based on friendly service, good facilities, and competitive prices.

Today I stopped in to get some information on a storage unit. The young fellow that helped me by the name Tyler was so helpful, professional and displayed top notch customer service. Plus the office and the restroom were very clean a far cry from the other public storages I have been in.,I certainly hope this young fellow is being compensated for his hard work, a respectful young fellow like Tyler is hard to come by.

Stacie, is so professional and made my work at the site so easy. I was checking one of our radios on the SBC tower and needed to get in. I had a wrong pass code and I had to return to the office 40 miles away. However, Stacie asked my some security question and after I pass, she let me in to the tower gate. She handles all work very responsibly and professionally as well. Keep up Stacie

This place is very typical of any other storage place EXCEPT, they continue to raise their prices. They are already one of the most expensive storage places. There is NO reason to continue to raise prices, especially for those customers that have been with them for years. I cannot recommend this storage company. I am moving out soon to another storage facility.

I was kind of on the fence on where I should go, but one quick talk with Brian put Public Storage at the top of the list. Best part is, he wasnt even on the clock & working when he convinced me. Thats how good he is at his job. Thats what I call customer service.

We stopped in to buy some boxes for an upcoming move, and to talk about potentially renting some space during a move. Travis was awesome. He took the time to help us think through what we needed, and then gave us advice on the best way to get our furniture stored if needed. Id definitely recommend his service and his store.
