I have always had an excellent experience with this company, and that is why I returned when needing to store my things again. The place is well managed, clean, and secure. One of the best I have stored with thus far. That is saying a lot since I have moved and stored in many locations. The assistance from the staff has always been courteous and helpful. Colin has been very helpful in showing me the available units and answering my many questions. Although I did not have as much contact with Sophie or Sean, all personnel has been very helpful each time I needed even the slightest assistance or paper work done.

Sound Storage of Mill Creek is absolutely the best place to keep your belongings! The units are pristine and the people who work there are more than friendly and always helpful, starting out with the use of their FREE moving truck...what a help that was!! There was never a worry about our good quality furniture being damaged (no water leaks) while in their unit and the security there also made us feel confident about leaving our household goods and important papers. Hopefully, we wont have a need to store our stuff again, but if we do...it will be with Sound Storage of Mill Creek.

Great Staff Manager Kevin and I believe the assistant managers name is Brandie shes young (mature professional) thin with glasses. Anyways theyre all compassionate, empathetic to tenants and every staff member is hardworking and truly a great team. Ill never rent a storage from another facility now that I found Sound Storage in Milk Creek because they make me feel like Im part of a family there

Ive had three units over the last few years at sound storage, it is a great place. The staff is friendly, the buildings are secure and they are in a great location. The price is fair, each unit Ive had has been a different size and all have been reasonable in price. They have a truck for move in and sell all the supplies you could need. I highly recommend sound storage of mill creek.

Sound Storage of Mill Creek is the first place I think of when I consider storing my items. I have rented space from this facility twice in the last four years. The staff have always been fantastic, very personable and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The combination instills confidence that this is the place where I prefer to store my belongings.

Absolutely Exceptional Although my stay was short, (45 days) - I had zero issues. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, especially if youre pressed for time. I rented two storage units from them (One large, one small..to fit an entire 1 bedroom apartment).

Clean facility but be prepared for significant rate increases each year ($40 or more) Not an issue if you are there short term but long term, its starting to feel like a mortgage. Currently looking to move out of there to a more reasonably priced facility.

A monthly fee is published, bit theres a n undisclosed charge for insurance that adds about $10 to your monthly fee. The insuramce is also required so, that was dissapointing

Management blows and their security alarms dont even notify the police if the is a unit break in. that is a fact I know from experience.
