Ive been a customer at this Woodinville location for 7 1/2 years. I live all the way across the country in NY state, but my Mom lived in Seattle and unfortunately passed away. She left me some things from her home. They are all very precious to me, and irreplaceable since they are personal. The folks at Public Storage/Woodinville were wonderful from day one. If you need some place to store anything, call Allison and you will be very happy to work with her. It was/is very emotional to store these items and trust them to someone else. I dont feel at all like this is some anonymous storage facility, I feel like my things are in good hands, with good people. Im grateful for Allison, who is ALWAYS pleasant to deal with, VERY knowledgeable and very kind. It feels really good, more than good, to deal with her and to know that as long as I need to store these things, I have such good people to deal with. Thank you Allison, very much. And thanks to the Woodinville Public Storage.

We rented a unit at the Woodinville Public Storage for the last 6 months while we remodeled our house. The first unit they showed us was dirty and looked like there was water damage. We ended up taking a different unit and it leaked as well. Needless to say, much of our furniture was damaged as well as most of our stuff was damp and had mold. What a mess. The people that run this place can care less about your property - buyer beware! They just charge an exorbitant amount, are rude and greedy. It does no good to speak with the District Manager either. The place is run so all the benefit goes to them and all the risk goes to the customer. What a racket. We have come to find out that there are much better storage facilities out there - Bellevue You Store it for one. If you are looking for a storage facility DO NOT use this place.

I have been a Public Storage customer for many years at this location and have always found the facility and service to be good. Today, however, I needed some assistance and was helped by a lady named Lori. She is the one who get you 5 stars today. She was personable and highly efficient. I commented that Id not received a bill on my e-mail. She checked the computer and noted I was not fully entered. She promptly initiated the change orders to rectify the problem...and she did all of this efficiently all the while making me feel like a valued customer. I had a very good experience with the Woodinville Public Storage, particularly with Allie. I had never used a storage unit before and I found it to be easy, stress free and although I no longer need the unit Id rent from the same location again. I liked the autopay service that made my experience a no brainer, the space was clean and dry and secure. Entry was good, parking while loading and unloading was great, hours were perfect and when I needed help or supplies they were there. The only thing Id like is a price reduction, but the convenience was absolutely great. Worry free situation! Nice job, Allie!

This is only the second time I have had experience with a storage facility, but this was a very good experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a very professional and warm welcome. We spoke for a few minutes about what would be going into storage and for the amount of time needed. From that, we were able to pick the right unit for my needs. Upon showing me the unit, we went into more details about proper moving and storage of my belongings. Everything was very well presented and well explained. I would suggest this facility to anyone who needs a little extra space for the things they love.

Absolutely top notch service! By pure accident, some very heavy boxes inside my storage unit had fallen against the door, and I could not open it. At all. Even with tools, the door could only be opened a foot or so. The site manager and employee Anji were simply the best. The manager got the door to open a couple of feet, and then Anji worked her magic to get the door open about 4 feet, enabling us to reach under the door and inside to redistribute the weight load leaning against the door. Really amazing work on the part of Anji! I wouldnt store my stuff anywhere else!

Angie worked day in and day out to protect the Woodinville Public Storage while the gate was being repaired. I never witnessed her "stressing out" rather, Angies professionalism, Hard working ethic and sensitivity shined bright. I will recommend the Woodinville location to anyone who asks me. I would like to mention that a person named Jason, apparently from upper management has proven to me that the Public Storage Corp. Cares about every facet of customer service. Thanks again Angie and thank you to Jason! The man who is behind the sometimes frustrating phone system.

Absolutely miserable experience: Filthy, mold-infested unit, broken gate for weeks. There are several far better--and less expensive--storage facilities in Woodinville. After being subjected to the arrogant disregard by Public Storage of the needs of customers (as the access gate sat unrepaired for weeks), we moved to Money Saver Storage at a 40 percent cost savings (with climate control, no mold, clean, etc.) . * No calls, emails or texts to warn us that we would be unable to get in when expected--just a paper note taped to the keypad. Absolute #FAIL.

Anji was a superstar. I needed to transfer units within the facility and i was a day late for my current dues. I was nervous i would be stuck with the entire cost for the unit that month. She was able to get me prorated for the day and also got me a decent price on a smaller unit for me to transfer into. Her 5 start customer service made the enite experience wonderful and is the reason i continue to do business with public storage. I reccomend specifically the public stroage in woodinville to anyone and everyone.

I have been a customer at this location since July 2009. This is a very well kept facility and the office staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, Sarah has taken over as the new office Manager. Sarah has been just a great person to work with. She knows the business and is able to answer the tough questions and navigate to good solutions which I really appreciate. This is top-notch customer service! Thanks Sarah for all of your help.

Update II: Update II - Well I was contacted personally by the District Manger today, and as it usually turns out there is more to the story going on in the background. I think they are doing the best they can and it was great to get the updates. We both agreed that the onsite staff is some of the finest, and their focus is on maintaining a clean and well upgraded facility. I appreciated the conversation. And Im excited for the improvements coming soon.

Allie was super helpful, I had turned off my autopay the previous month because I was going to move out, but then something came up so I couldnt. I got a notice in the mail saying I owed them the rent, plus a late fee, so I went into the office to cancel my unit and check-out. Allie was able to call someone and get them to waive the late fee for me since I had always paid on time before. The staff here is always super friendly. Thanks again!
