USE ANOTHER STORAGE LOCATION Over 16 years’ experience at this storage facility. So I have had three units at this location adding each at different times over the 16 years. I rented a 10x10 in 1999, 10x15 in 2003 and 10x30 in 2008. I have always made my payments on time for 16 years. Below is my rental price history for each unit. 10x10 rented in 1999 (records only go back to 2005) Moved in at $127.30 a month Moved out at $248.00 a month 95% increase over 10 years 10x15 rented in 2003 Moved in at $131.00 a month Moved out at $282.00 a month 115% increase in 10 years? 10x30 rented in 2008 Moved in at $463.00 a month Current rate at $723.00 a month 56% increase in 7 years When I moved out of the 10x15, the lease agreement I signed said that they would refund for partial month’s rent (This is not the case on current rental agreements). They have not honored my rental agreement. I recently moved out of the 10x10 on day 4 of the month. I have had this unit for 16 years and they are demanding I pay the 4 days of rent. I have searched about 6 other locations and even another PS location for 10x30 unit and they are all between $350 and $500.00. So please be aware of PS’s business practices. They are borderline unethical. Look at police activity at the 1800 block of Bayshore, by far the most police issues than any other storage location in the area. I have contacted District Manager and customer service and neither returns calls even when they claim to have returned calls. To top it all off, they must have at least a dozen people living here. Please read other’s review for stolen items.

I was recently in need of renting a Public storage unit. I was in transition of moving and we were in need of a place to store some furniture, while we finished some work on our new home. I was really thankful that were able to find a place not to far from our house to store stuff, it made moving so much easier. Not to mention the staff there was lots of help. I was really impressed with the staff, they made made my husband and I feel at ease with the whole process. We talked to Eddie, the first time we came in and he was great. He really took his time to explain the storage unit renting fees and made the process a pretty smooth one. It made me feel a lot better about leaving our belongings in a storage unit there with them. All in all, we would definitely rent a storage unit there again if we were ever in need.

Fue muy amable y paciente conmigo aunque mi ingles no era perfecto. El hizo lo que pudo para entenderme y cuando salí, salí rentando una unidad y feliz con el servicio.

I rented from this company and had a rental agreement for one year. They raised my rates after 5 months. I called to discuss it and the customer service representative was very rude. I tried to reason with them and I even reached out to the district manager but they failed to return my calls. As such, I looked elsewhere and I am now saving a great deal of money. So thank you to PS for making me realize I was being overcharged, even before the rate hike. BE CATEFUL.!!! They owe me a refund now for several weeks now and yet Ive yet to receive it. Juan is a kind site manager, but I think the corporate entity plays games with customers. Think twice before trusting this company.!

Ive been using this facility for over 10 years. People here are very professional and helpful over the years. I recently had to add more space to my existing unit and one of the current employees was extremely helpful. Eddie allowed me to move my stuff from my smaller unit to the larger one over a couple days. Every time I see him, he is friendly, cheerful and very helpful. More like a buddy than an employee. The Indian guy that works here is also helpful and friendly. Property is very clean and taken care of. Management seems very responsive from my past interactions. Will continue my relationship with them

Had a great experience ay RWC Public Storage. I had locked myself out of my unit (lost the lock keys) and Eddie ,the resident manager , contacted the District Manager, Ray , who met me at the unit and proceeded to cut off my old lock and replace it with new ones at no charge for the service-great service and good, clean facility. I recommend it highly, especially if Eddie is the resident manager-he is real good at his job as is Ray.You would be wise to store your things @ Public Storage RWC E. Bayshore location.

I am Marcial and I am occupying one of the space storage in this branch. It was recommended to me by cousin who also rent in this place. My experienced here was super great because Eddie -the manager is very nice, friendly and very helpful in everything... specially if I need some help. So I will not hesitate to recommend this too to my friends in case they need storage spaces in the future. Thank you Eddie for your good customer service, Im very much satisfied!

Ive known Eddie for 4 years since I moved my things in and have only known him to be a thoroughly professional, helpful, accommodating, and kind manager at this PS facility on Bayshore Rd in Redwood City. It is a well run facility and Eddie always is there to assist and go out of his way to make me, and all customers, feel welcomed. He is an A number 1 manager. They are lucky to have him.

I came here to purchase some boxes that I needed. One of the employees that helped me out was Eddie. He did an awesome job getting me the right boxes I needed. He was very patient with me and offered to load the boxes to my car. I would definitely come back again because he did a marvelous job.
