I WAS a happy customer until my recent visit showed me otherwise. I went to open my unit today and the door fell off. The 2 out of the 3 extremely unsafe tack welds just broke right off leaving my unit open for anyone who noticed (not to mention the main gate has been open for two days straight). I then talked to the assistant manager and she said they wont be able to fix it for 3 days. So l had to take the next day off work and talk to the very young manager about my issue and to get all my stuff out and cancel my rental. He then said there is nothing he can do and still charged me $110 for the whole month. I would not recommend this place at all.

Philine and Rolo were such great help in getting me a unit. Had a emergency and needed to move in my stuff right away. They took me to multiple units so that I could get the best size for what I need. Explained every detail of what Im signing, and even made suggestions so that Id be happy with what I got. I was in a very bad mood, but their friendliness and customer service out my mind at ease. Thank you!

I have been having the best experience at this location for the past few months. I didnt plan on keeping the unit once I was finished with it, but have all the great help and service by "Amy" I plan on keeping it because it is hard to find duch great customer service and they or she has nailed it here. Highly recommend.
