From Pat T. East Bay I started using Pinole SPS after the sudden death of a family member (who had a lot of stuff!). It was a very hard time for me and they were not only helpful in a business sense, but so kind as human beings, that it made coming and going to deal with my dead relatives belongings a little less sad & lonely. The facility is spotless and feels safe at all hours it is open. The employees are outstanding: personable, friendly and helpful. Michelle Babb is a gem! She’ll personally make sure you get what you need at the best price. Can’t say enough about Sara. She has been awesome. She has guided me to the best short-term deals several times when I was having issues that necessitated short-term storage. I honestly cant rate it highly enough. I have often thought how odd it is to feel that, of all the agencies I deal with - including Macys, Walgreens, PG&E, etc. - I am given the BEST, most personable service at a storage facility!! Specifically, Pinole SPS. Thank you Pinole SPS!

This storage facility is in an excellent location in the heart of Pinole Valley. This place is a clean affordable alternative to storing your property in your garage or backyard. This facility is mostly indoors and offers you storage space by the foot so you never pay for more than what you need. The office is open 7 days a week and they have some money saving specials on their website. I have had a 5x9 unit here for several years now and I am very pleased with the professionalism of the place in a whole. Boxes and other moving supplies are readily available for a fair price. Ample parking and security gate make this storage facility stand out from the rest. My unit has an alarm on it and I think that is a huge selling point in my opinion. On site live in manager gives me that added feeling of security and protection. Check this place out before making your final decision of where you want your valuables to be stored.

When I rented a space online on the 24th of the month and got there on the 29th I was told the unit I rented was not large enough...so I paid extra $ for the larger unit. Now I have talked to BOTH managers about the date my bill is due. ALL my paperwork says my payment is due on the 29TH. Sarah agreed with me, pulled out my paperwork & called me to say it was fixed. Then I talked to Michelle & she says NO, I am due on the 24th. This is totally wrong. I want my due date changed to the 29th as it should be.My unit has no light in it like the others do...I was told I would have to wait a month or so before the repair man came......why did it not have a light to begin with like the other units??? Also, you are on camera...but when a big truck hit my moving van and the police went to see the tape I was told it wasnt running at that time. Why Not????

Ive been a HUGE fan of Security Public storage for over 15 years... But I have to say this time around has been the best...Michelle & Sarah sure know how to treat a gal.....I came in frazzled and just about ready to never rent again and Sarah sat me down and talked to me 1 st about how my day was going.. Then she slipped on into the business..... She probably doesnt know but she right away when she asked how I was doing... My experience has been great since then so much so that I referred a friend who now rents and another one will next month.. Thank you to both you Ladies for carrying about us as humans 1 st and then customers!!!!!

I have rented a unit at this facility off and on for the past 10 years, I would highly recomend this storage facility to anyone. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The grounds are kept very clean and updated with the best security features. I just moved to a smaller unit and wanted to depart with a few pieces of furniture, the manager helped me out and arranged to have the pieces picked up for me, she really made my day by helping me out since I didnt have to move those pieces. Im very happy with the service, the rates are very reasonable and the location is perfect for me. Thank you Tammy Cole

As a victim of the subprime mortgage crisis in 2007, Ive had to move often and quickly. Security Public Storage in Pinole has been there for me time and again and I am extremely satisfied with their great location, their professional customer service, and their secure and well-maintained facility. They often have deals and are flexible in transactions. If peace of mind is what you are after when it comes to self storage, look no further: this is the best one in the Pinole-Hercules area!

The people at the desk were very helpful with me locating a storage unit to fit my needs when I lost my house. We went through numerous sizes before deciding which one was best. Their policy of giving a discount to members who recommend others is pretty good too!!!! I checked out 3-4 others in the area and by far they treated their renters with more respect. The grounds are also kept up very well and makes for a safer appearance than some other places.

Sara was and is awesome!! Got me in lightning fast as I was in a hurry to get set. Sara got me a 50% discount for the business I was doing and thats helped A LOT. Safe neighborhood, clean facility, easy access in and out and what a great experience because of Sara that deserve a compensation for the way she handle the business. Got the space I wanted and was in and out really quick. No fuss, no pressure and a smile on the face. Thanks Sara!!!

I recently rented a storage space and I couldnt be happier. The representative I interacted with was courteous, patient, and very accommodating. She took the time to show me various units, explained the cost differences, and even provided some pros/cons for the various options. I finally choose a unit and started moving items in within the hour. The process was painless and the rates are great. Thank you... Steve

I am very pleased with the facility at Security Public Storage in Pinole. The units are super clean and well taken care of by the staff Michelle and Sara. They go above and beyond to answer any questions you might have in regards to storage and really show that they care about their job and satisfying the customers. I would recommend it to anybody. I shopped around for other storage units and I was very un-happy until I came across Security Public Storage. I was very pleased with the customer service, the staff helped me and my husband with our every need, and found us a storage space perfect for our junk. The units are very clean, they have their own individual alarms, its easy to get in and out and the location is ideal.
