We rented a 10x30 storage unit from Feb 2016 to Feb 2017. We had a small leak in 2016, and then starting in Jan 2017 multiple leaks in our unit. We told them immediately in the first week of January and when we had moved out on Feb 22, they had still not fixed the problem. We had to put plastic over our items and put buckets to catch the water. They continually had excuses as to why they didnt fix it, rain and shine! I would stay away from this storage unit, unless you want your belongings ruined.

Beware of their cancellation policies. Their idea of "one month notice" doesnt follow conventional logic and theyll do their best to hold onto every cent they you may have paid ahead. Once you call to say "I need to cancel my storage," their customer service becomes quite abrasive and rude. Aside from that, its a storage place. Relatively clean with the usual set of sketchy characters that seem to always be in their storage unit.
