I was looking for a temperature control, secure storage in Napa area. I was pleasantly surprise that Security Public Storage on Devlin Rd. in Napa has it all. They offer not only regular storage units, but also a temperature control ones where you can safely keep your wine and never worry about the high outside temperature affecting the quality of it. There is a forklift and a dolly on the premises if you need to move loads too heavy to be carried by hand. The place also offers a free moving truck to make your move easier. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing else I could ask for. Im very happy knowing that my items are safe and secure in Security Public Storage on Devlin Rd. in Napa.

I have been renting from Security Public Storage for years and they are amazing. The folks in the office are consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I have never spoken to anyone who wasnt awesome. My rental unit is spacious and well maintained and the rental prices are reasonable. I live in San Francisco now, but wont move my belongings from Napa to San Francisco because the prices at Security Public Storage in Napa are much less expensive and I have a much larger space. They also have a box truck onsite that you can use to move your stuff locally.

What a wonderful experience! Both the staff and facilities are simply outstanding. When we dropped by to explore our options, we were given a tour of several different units and ample time to take measurements. There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch, just helpful answers to all of our questions. Everything from utilizing the free moving truck for a day, to setting up our security settings, to making monthly payments has been a breeze. Would recommend this convenient location with exceptional customer service to all!

I called several different places before picking Security and the tone on the phone was same when I got there and exactly why I decided on this place, Dana was pleasant, professional and most importantly made me feel like they wanted my business versus I should be lucky to spend my money there like a few of the others. Its clean, secure and efficient! great job Dana, in fact if I was still in business I would have tried to steal her!

Not only does this this site offer state-of-the-art monitored security and convenience, but the staff is UNSURPASSED in their accomodating application of service directly tailored to your needs & desires. Highest reccomendation!! Both Jayne and Tom are so attentive, SO PROFESSIONAL and helpful in their efforts I will enjoy remaining a longtime tenant as well as an advocate for this excellent service! The staff are what earns this place 5 stars. The 2 young folks behind the counter were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we got the unit we needed, as well as the truck to move it (complimentary, I might add). Other than the employees, this is just another storage place, but it still holds 4 stars on its own. Easy access for customers, security fences, cameras, alarms, etc. I found no negatives to cite.

I have been storing my belongings at Security Storage for a couple of months now. The facility is always Clean, Secure and accessible. The staff is alway very friendly and willing to help. Using their moving truck for free when I first moved in was extremely helpfull. I didnt have to deal with any moving truck companies, I just dropped my things off and turned the truck in at the same facility. I recommend this place!

When I was in an emergancy of having to move last minute on a low budget I was pleased to find Security Public Storage because they had a free truck rental. I needed this rental desperatly and quiclky! Also, when I arrived to the location I was assisted very quiclky and professionally. I want to give a high five to the manager (Jayne) and the assistant manager (Tom) for the went the extra mile for us Seniors!!!! By showing us how to use the computer coupons for 5% to 10% off, we were able to utilize our budget to the max!!! I am a Realtor and have a unit here and have referred several friends and clients and everyone has had nothing but positive comments. It is so nice to have the use of the moving truck. The security is incredible. Also one of the larger moving and storage companies in the valley refers the folks they can not help to this company and specific location.

From the first time I called until present they are always available and always answer my questions.....that may sound like a big, "so what", but that is far and few these days. The prices are right, I have wine storage and regular storage. I have used other storage in town and Security Public storage is the right place to store.

Best storage facility in Napa area. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have rented storage units for over 20 years and these are by far the very best. Never need to do an 8 point turn to get in or out. The roll up doors are extremely easy to open and close...one hand works! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Located just off hwy 12 & 29 they have a great selection of various size rooms whether youre a student between schools or just need a place to store your stuff until the next big one comes along. Plus they offer a free truck to move your stuff in. What are you waiting for....

The location is very convenient and accessible with a moving truck. The facility is kept clean. The security system appears to be top notch. To top everything off, the staff is always smiling and helpful. I dont see myself going anywhere else for my storage needs.

Office staff is great. Grounds and hallways (if you like inside storage) are clean. Each storage place has its own alarm that makes me feel extra safe and i know i things are in good hands. Thank You for service and great property and extended gate hours.
