THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO EVEN RENT FROM!!!THE MANAGEMENT IS SELF CENTERED & RUDE & VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE!!! WORKING THERE IS NOT GREAT EITHER THEY LIE & TAKE 1 HOUR TO 4 HOUR BREAKS,BRING THERE RELASHIONSHIP PROBLEMS TO WORK & DONT TAKE TIME TO PATIENTLY ONE ON ONE TRAIN YOU & THEY THINK THAT CHEATING YOU OUT OF PAY IS OKAY!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY TALK BADLY ABOUT THERE CLIENTS & AND DRINKING ON THE JOB!!! LIKE THAT IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUISSNESS AT ALL THEY GO THREW STAFF LIKE WATER!!! SMOKING WEED TOO.IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE OWNERS ATTENTION THEY BLEW IT OFF AND THAT WAS THAT PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUISSNESS ELSE WHERE THIS IS NOT A FRIENDLY FACILITY AT ALL MIND YOU THEY HAVE CAMERAS INSIDE & HAVE PROOF OF THIS & DO NOTHING.

I have been utilizing budget storage at this location, for the past 16yrs. I thank that should speak for itself, but perhaps I need to explain why. The manager, and her staff have been very kind and courteous to me and others I have recommended. As a matter of fact, I highly recommend this facility. Its conveinent, clean, and their prices are resonable. The part I like most is the personal attention given to each storage tennant, I.e. They will call you to remind you of the payment due. I call that GREAT customer service. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I went abroad for a year and stored our entire house of furniture, appliances and family treasures in Budget Self Storage. The service was excellent, the units were immaculate and had plenty of space. The process was very easy. Access was great and most of all our treasures were safe for the year. Security was excellent. I would highly recommend Budget Self-Storage.

I store my things at Budget and I have been really happy there. The customer service is outstanding and I feel like my stuff is super safe! When I moved my stuff in they gave me their special of 2 months free! Saved me a bunch!! If you are looking for storage around Richmond, definitely check out Budget!

Highly recommended. The lot is set up in such a way that makes for easy drive-in right up to your unit. No stairs, no elevators, no hassle. Its safe, its clean, and they have great customer service.

Didnt love it, almost hate it, staff are rude, surly and hostile. Hours are limited, not past 7:55 PM, like my storage items need to sleep?! Hassle to get to. Only redeeming factor is its cheap.
