I gave a 5 star review last week ONLY because of the employee T.J helping us.We could of chose anywhere else as there are many competitive storage space unit locations but T.Js courteous demeanor sold us,NOT the dollar month free as that is nothing new alot of storage companies promote that.Today on my lunch break my husband and I went to put more belongings into our rented storage unit.The customer service was horrible,his protocol to help a customer feel at ease with our belongings to feel safe that our belongings are secure to have a plan B for a paid customer if indeed something was faulty like the ceiling leaking water and at any moment can fall and break and destroy our belongings not to mention if we were standing it could of fell on us, period.The employee came to our unit and I showed him that the ceiling.He comes back with a tarp to cover our belongings.I said that will not help our problem as it may cover our belongings but the problem is still a problem.Wether you cover our belongings with a tarp the ceiling is indeed leaking which caused the ground to become wet.We asked for another unit that was not damaged.At first he said there were no units available but then he realized I was upset so he said "let me check to see if there was any available"indeed there was one available.He gave us one across the hall so my husband and I had to take our time to gather everything and move to another unit.I NEVER met this man before and their computers were down so I asked for something in writing that our belongings are now in another unit.Anything with writing as our belongings are now being switched to another unit without a written consent because of the computer there being down.He said he could not do that.So I asked for the manager.HE WAS THE MANAGER.I explained my situation over the phone which my conversation was recorded which clearly explains in detail that as a customer all I want is some form of writing that we switched to another unit due to the ceiling damage in our rental unit.HOW HARD IS THAT? I am a funeral arranger and here is a perfect example.If a loved ones casket was damaged or the ceiling was leaking on the decedent will I just cover the casket and the body with a tarp?Will I keep the body in the same room knowing that the ceiling is damaged with water leaking and a chance that the ceiling can drop on the casket with a valuable individual inside?OF COURSE NOT.I would do anything in my power to help the customer,and I would put the loved one in another UNDAMAGED CASKET.And if the customer asked for some kind of written statement or note of changes(as even at the funeral home our computers go down too thats when we do things in writing) I clearly would write some form to put their mind at ease before they left.Not walk away like this manager did.The customer service representative Christine who was helpful gave me the number to the supervisor.I asked if my conversation is recorded,she said yes.Not only did we take our time to move our belongings which took our time and energy out I just waited for a call back from "MIKE". Instead of listening he kept interrupting when I was trying to explain in detail.He said California is going through disaster and that his home was also affected by the storm.SO WHAT STICK TO THE PROBLEM MIKE NOT PERSONAL EXAMPLES.YOUR HOME HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PROBLEM.I clearly TRIED to explain that I understand about natural disasters it is the customer service that was awfully displayed at a sensitive time of a damaged ceiling that ruined some of our belongings.His customer relations to mediate a problem from a paid customer is just as worse as the manager below his title.My husband and I were both listening to this incompetent person MIKE who clearly has no verbal skills or empathy skills to salvage a customers business.We havent even been there a week and we are taking our belongings and going elsewhere.THANK YOU T.J FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM MAYBE YOU SHOULD OF BEEN THE MANAGER THIS COULD OF SAVED THIS LOCATION A BAD REVIEW.

I again just want to say thank you to Mr. Rodney and crew for making my housing transition less stressful on me and my family. We had to move from Oakland because the house we were renting was being sold. We found a house to buy in Vallejo but there was a delay so we had to move our things into storage and be essentially homeless for about a month until we got word we were approved. That was a stressful time. But everyone at StorQuest Vallejo must have sensed our anxiety and made the transition very easy moving in storage and then moving things to our home. At one point I got a call from Mr. Rodney who told me I had left my storage unlocked in which they secured it for me until I was able to get there the next day and lock it. Now thats customer service. I plan to keep a unit there even when our move is complete because I like the convenience, safety, and security that StorQuest has to offer for our excess things. Thanks again Mr. Rodney and crew. Youre the best!

I have been dealing with this company for many of years now , not once have I experienced any faulty security issues. I have always had a tremendous business relationship with this company. I travel the world doing business related things , leaving my stuff in storage for months on end , sometimes even a year without going to it. Every time I go to my storages there, its always exactly The way I left it!

I find that the staff here is friendly,Knowledgeable & upfront...I enjoy how friendly & open they are...The storage spaces are comfortable & dont make me feel closed in... I also like how close to the Freeway this location is... Its the little things like this that make a difference for me. Thank You for jobs being well done!

The staff is always friendly and the facility is clean and secure. I always feel good knowing my stuff is there. I dont always store items I cant let go of in a storage unit, but when I do, I choose StorQuest Self Storage. Stay secure my friends.

This place is not only awesome!! It is also Ideally located right off the freeway, the staff of Deon Jackson and Roz Bernardo were very professional. I mean going above and beyond for me and thats what customer service is all about........

This is the best place to store all your stuff. The 2 guys who were there and had helped me (Jon and Tj) were sooo helpful and kind. You can see that they have great work ethic and are such a crucial part of the company.

The Staff is always ready to help with anything you need. I am 75 and without even asking them to they started doing "welfare checks" to make sure I was OK. Great service and Staff. I highly recommend this facility.
