If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Our trailer was recently stolen from this location. Although they had video surveillance, they say the history only goes back one week on their cameras and they cant do anything to help us. That means if you have anything in storage here, you better be checking it once a week to make sure nobody took off with it. Leaving anything valuable at Express Storage is no different than leaving it on the side of the road. This place is a joke, I just wish I knew how much of a joke before I left our trailer here. I would not recommend trusting them with anything you own. The children working in the office could care less what happens to your stuff.

I love them! Jessica calls me when Im late on my payment and is nothing but nice! She never makes me feel uncomfortable when Im late! The other ones do... I had a voicemail from a lady (Not jessica) break down my entire payment over a voicemail!(such pressure tone). Super uncomfortable. But I call and Jessica is nice, calm, and respectful!!!! Love them! Thanks to her! We have rented 2 trucks so far. Great and reasonable prices! -L.Lords

Returned a truck here the other day... It was late, due to some unexpected events. We were really stressed out and running low on funds for the move. The guy that helped us was great, he really worked with us after hearing about our situation.
