Wow, just got a 10x20 unit there yesterday and still have a smile on my face from the whole experience. I have rented units at many places in the past and I have NEVER found such a clean, state-of-the-art facility with a personable staff! Jason, the Site Manager, helped me find the right unit. He made the whole experience easy and fun... YES, FUN!!!!!! Renting a storage unit is definitely not high on ones lists of exciting things to do- but let me say I had a great time and feel confident knowing my valuables will be safe with their amazing security. My wife also wanted me to stop at box store to get boxes- but guess what! They have several sizes of boxes and packing materials at low prices.LOOK- they actually name their hallways after various wine regions in Italy- get what Im saying??? WHAT- WHO DOES THAT!?! This place is the place to go if you want a first rate, boutique experience.

Moved back to Napa in 2014 and a year later rid ourselves of large storage unit by the airport in favor of the closer StoragePRO in town. It was the right move! Jason is always helpful and accommodating. The place is kept spotless. It is a pleasure to go there and whittle away at the remaining pile in hopes that some day our storage unit can proudly serve others as well as it has served us.

A couple of years ago we mad a HUGE move ... we started with 7 large units and whittled down to 5, then 3 and finally 2! Jason, the manager, was great! The facilities are clean and well maintained .... great operations, nice facility, good location.
