I called multiple places in 2012 to look for a storage unit. Savina was so helpful and responsive that it made this decision simple. This was important to me; I was entrusting a place with all of my belongings for the next few years. In early 2014, I brought my friends belongings from a storage unit he had in north Seattle to this location. The north Seattle storage unit stopped making automatic withdrawals from his bank for some reason. My friend was unaware that it was not making these withdrawals until a couple of months had passed and he accumulated $130 on liens. So I wanted to bring his things here - to a place that I trust. A mover contacted me and was able to do the move that day, unfortunately I didnt make a reservation for a storage unit and all the units for the size I wanted were not available. I called and LTasha answered. She told me she would call all the people who have made a reservation to see if they still needed it and would call me back within half an hour. She did exactly that. A unit opened up and LTasha got me set-up right away and at a lower price than I expected! I am so thankful she answered when I called! Everything worked out because of her. When I had to come in a few weeks later, LTasha greeted me by name and with a smile. I just wish that Public Storage didnt require you to pay for a $9 monthly insurance especially since I already have insurance for all of my personal property. Regardless, I am so glad I found this place! The location (right off the freeway, by the airport), the hours (6am-9pm), clean and well-maintained, next door to a Good Will in case you wanted to do any last minute donations, and again the people! I love public storage, but would never rent from this site. This manager is not professional at all. She can be down right bossy and condesending. Please there other facilities are great and so are there prices. Just not with this manager. This is the fourth time that this manager has been rude. And the last time I love the way she tells me the customer I was being unprofessional. I wasnt the one yelling at the customer cause she didnt like or agree with what I and another customer were talking about. And this started last month when a mistake was made by them and she doesnt bother to ask me to do something but tells me I had to fix there mistake. I was promised lunch for there mistake but all I got was treated unprofessional and yelled at by there manager twice the next month. I only gave this facility a one star cause it dont let you give 0. And this manager used to be at MLK so its not the first time Ive seen her be rude.

Rented this place rather last minute when I realized that I was going to be purchasing a house a bit quicker than I expected and moving things into my friends basement was going to be a massive pain... especially if it meant moving them all back out in about a month! Calling around I found a lot of different prices for drive up units but with a piano and a bunch of heavy furniture from staging my previous home I didnt want to do anything with an elevator. This storage facility was inexpensive and had exactly what I was looking for. I kept the place for one day over a month and there wasnt any problem with this... they charged me the day prorated rate and that was all. Total pleasure renting from these folks. I dont suspect Id need to do it again in this location but if I did Id definitely choose this public storage location again.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this location thanks to Savina, who is WONDERFUL!! I am really IMPRESSED with Savina for she is WONDERFUL, and has been very helpful in assisting me with my all of my storage needs!! And what I really like is the fact that she always gives me a courtsey call to advise me that if I dont make a payment soon I will be late. The site is clean, and I really appreciate Savina!! P.S. I just need to let you know that I was very impressed when she was able to find me a storage right across from the one I was in when I needed to downsize that was awesome. You Rock Savina :-) Just like this morning I called back per our conversation yesterday letting her know I needed her assistance and she got right on it. Savinas Customer Service Rocks, and is very hard to find!!

We had a problem with setting up our storage unit in advance. The previous PM manager had set us up in a unit that was under repair. Since we were guaranteed a special price, all the paper work was lost. Ms Savina had just taken over and could have placed us in a new unit at the regular price. She went out of her way and worked on resetting the original price. This process was long, but she stayed the course, and kept us informed of the progress. She also let us know the value of insurance of which we had no idea was available. Every time my wife and I come in to the office, she and her staff give us incredible customer service and treats us in a manner that lets us know that Public Storage values our business. I have complete confidence in the way this property is run.

Savina was very helpful when we had a recent break-in at our unit. She called me right away to come in and check out the unit. Since we moved Mom into a retirement home, most of the items are mainly memories and no valuables. Savina was very diligent in getting us more secure locks and letting us know that the property is monitored regularly. They had the individual and the police department would contact us to go through what they had seized and we did find some of our memories. I would (and have) recommend Savina and her staff at this Public Storage to my family and friends because I feel our experience has been very professional and our items are safe.

I recently vacated from this place because I finally got into my new place. This place is so clean and they have wonderful employees working here. Savina and LTasha did not want me to leave, but they were happy that I finally got into my new place. Everytime I came in, they remember me, they ask me how Im doing and how my family is doing. It made me feel like I mattered and that I wasnt just some random person who rents at their facility. I would recommend renting at this location to all my friends and family. You would be treated like family to LTasha and Savina as well. Good facility, clean and great customer service. What more could you ask for!

Professional Employees made the decision somuch easier !!!!!!I Came to this property thinking i may need a 10x15 unit for my short term projects. After meeting Both Tasha and Brian who showed me the profession knowledge they have to offer i chose a 10x40 unit for long term use for all my projects into 2016. Once again thank you to public storage for having such employees who actually take the time to understand ones needs and most important wants when they are in the mist of two projects.. Yes i highly recommend this property both for the name and the professionlism the staff shows to ones needs.
