I made the mistake of assuming an "inside unit" would be climate controlled. When I got to the location, they informed me that it was not a climate controlled unit, but didnt stop there. The woman then proceeded to find a location that had a unit I needed as well as called to ensure they had an available appointment for me if I drove straight over. The Mukilteo Speedway location is a great facility and Karlyn and Amber were fantastic at getting everything set up for me on short notice. The entire process had the potential to be a nightmare trying to find a new place with everything loaded down in my car already, but these ladies (and the woman at the other location - I cant remember her name) made the process stress-free.

It was a good experience setting up the storage rental. For those new to renting storage space, budget for extra cost for administrative fee, insurance and cylinder. Admin and cylinder is a one timer. The lady that assisted me knew her stuff....quoted all the paperwork by memory. Provided excellent tips on packing and really was a big help in making this transaction a good experience. The facility is new and so far I feel great with the storage rental location.

We reserved our unit online. Very nice facility. As soon as we walked in we were greated. Babes was the lady who helped us. She is amazing and very professional. She made our first time renting a storage an easy process. She remembered our names the entire time & was smiling the whole time. She was very knowledgeable & kept making us laugh. Great experience, nice facility, easy access & friendly staff. Already recommend to a few friends. Check them out!

Cindee * Amber* and Emily* worked together to make this a pleasant and easy experience. It was even fun. The place and unit was clean but the friendly service made the whole experience top notch. Great place! Gary and Amber are really friendly and helpful! I also love the fact management lives on site to watch over things. Plus make regular rounds to ensure everything is locked up and secure. Very well lit and clean. Reserving a space online made the rates very reasonable too!
