La gerente de ésta locación Yoli , tuvo exelente profesionalismo en atendernos,nos ayudó excelentemente, nos explicó todos los pasos a seguir y estamos 100% complacidos con su atención, dinamismo y experiencia !Ella si se preocupa por sus clientes y tiene paciencia. Es amable y si le gusta su trabajo. Felicidades a esta locación. Ojalá tuvieran otros gerentes como ella en el área de South San francisco,porque dejan mucho que desear.

Look up this location on line and they had reasonable prices for the unit i was in need off, this is where i came to meet Teila, she excuse her self from tightening up the office, i express my concerns and needs and she was very patient with me and asked the right questions to land on a perfect unit! I then told her that i had looked up the prices and units on the website. She then said well have you seen the size? I replied no , she then said lets go see them... and because of her great knowledge and personal customer service i decided to take the unit. Employees like Teila are really hard to come by!

My Previous experience with Public Storage wasnt that good until this Past Friday and Saturday. In a last minute rush I was able to secure a space online, go rent it with ease ($1 + admin and insurance) with a great rate and superior customer service. As a business owner and former customer service manager I value great service standards. The manager was understanding, helpful and as sweet as can be. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this Particular location for their storage needs.

Leslie was really great once again. She went over my entuire ledger with me to help me understand what is going on with my account. I never get such good customer service at my own facility. I found that they are always on break and never answer the phone when i call. I love coming here to get help with my storage because she is always so patient and helpful. She is so professional and always explains to me with such a good and positive attitude. I want to transfer to here as soon as i can.

This is my first time using a storage space and Im very happy with public storage services. I went in yesterday 3/11/15 to make a payment and the admin Sherry was super sweet and my daughter said she smelled good! The store was clean and Jordan I believe his name was, was also very helpful when I had questions about setting up auto pay. I know people go out of thier way to say negative things but not this time, thanks guys and see you soon!!

I must say I NEVER write these review things but I had to because the customer service I received from the manager at this place was excellent. As it being my first time ever renting a storage unit from anywhere I had a million and one questions about pricing, space, security, access and many more. The young lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and super nice. Anytime I need some storage space I will for sure be bringing my business here.

I came in a couple weeks ago to pay a bill and the manager name Teila was very helpful. My storage is in another state and she went through all the necessary steps to find my account and help get my bill paid. I also had fees that I didnt understand and she helped explain them to me. I initially forgot to do this review for her but she crossed my mind so I hope she knows that I did appreciate her excellent customer service.

Great experience! Came in to see what kind of units were available as Ill be needing one soon and I had no idea what I was doing. Luckily 2 great reps Ama and Yoli were there to help. They were very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Didnt get a unit today but Ill definitely be back to this location when Im ready. The customer service was the best!

Yoli was great, I was in and out on friday very quicky. I will again come to get all my storage needs from Yoli. She slso hrlped me buy the right size boxes that I needed.I came in on Saturday and had trouble with my lock, and Yoli was busy helping other customers, and Naomi as the professional, came and unlocked the unit for me. Both women were very professional.

I recommend this location for any of your storage needs. The customer service was excellent. There was a discrepancy with my bill and I was very pleased with Ashley O. She went over and beyond to figure out why I was being charged so much, she made two phone calls and my account issues were completely resolved!!! I would definitely return to this property again.

Jasmines service was superb. I originally wanted a 3×5 and walked out with a 10×10. Outstanding public service attitude. If I had a son I would want him to meet this girl. Outstanding attitude,wonderful professional demeanor, extremely accommodating. Makes renting fun. Highly reccomend this location to anyone looking for space.

Bought a storage unit that went up for auction and when going to pick it up the girl in the office Yoli was so helpful . She even informed me about being able to rent the space back. She needs a raise! 5 stars!!!! I go to different facilities all the time and I never see someone as happy and helping as Yoli!!!

Although i did not rent at this property i did purchase a box and the girl there leslie was very helpful and provided the assistance and knowledge i needed to rent at another location closer to my home. I highly recommend with public storage and if possible at this particular one.

I have stored my stuff here for over a year and it is always just like I left it every time. I can set my watch by Yoli, always on time. The storage area is well lit, clean and easy to access. I would recommend this site for storage to everyone and ask for Yoli. She is amazing! B
