High marks to the staff at soma-storage. They treat us (we are a local alternative lifestyle non-profit agency) very well and in fact go out of their way to make sure we are very well taken care of... beyond the normal call of customer service. We have NEVER experienced any "issues" with our being a gay organization and have not felt any discrimination from them. Think of them as the Nordstrom of storage units. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

After having a bad experience with one of the storage places around the corner, I called SOMA, went there within 5 minutes, and was moved in within another 10 minutes. Their customer service is great, and the environment is clean, well lit and easy to navigate. Thanks!

I wish I could access this unit after 6:45pm but I cannot and an alarm will go off if you stay until the time. The 3 month promotion was nice but then its twice the price. I have decided to keep my things with me and donate the stuff I no longer need.

Very clean & secure. Gated with entry via an entry code. They have lots of carts to bring items in or out. Friendly staff & clean restrooms. Prices are a bit high.
