Excellent service by Scott. Just need some storage space for a short period of time. Scott was extremely helpful. Now it is three months later and I have down sized the storage unit size. The process of moving from the larger unit to the smaller one has been seamless. Toni is an outstanding manager of this facility. She is extremely efficient and always helpful and supportive. I rented a storage unit on Meridian from Public Storage several years ago and I experienced the same excellent service. I am not surprised to have learned that Toni was the manager there at the time that I rented that small unit. It is now a year later (June 2015) and I am now refinishing the interior of my garage. I just rented another unit to hold all my "stuff" until the garage is ready. Toni is amazing! She is extremely efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend this Public Storage location!!!

Storage is storage, but Toni makes it pleasant and memorable. I recently closed out a storage unit that Ive rented since Aug 2013. The unit was clean, dry, and over the time I was there I had no problems with entering the facility; the gate worked every time. What really made the best impression on me is the manager, Toni. Under a bit of strain and frazzled when I first rented the facility, she made the process easy and simple. She explained everything carefully and answered all my questions (some of them I realized later Id asked twice). She was always professional and personal each time I stopped by. I made a point of telling her when I closed out my storage how much I appreciated her help, and if I need to rent storage again I would do it at this location because of her.

Can you give less than one star? Horrible facility, they have rats and dont notify the customers. They dont care about your belongings, only that they get their money. Nothing like having your belongings eaten and pooped on my rats, only to have your unit broken into. Worst part was that I was the one that found it, not them. And then they accused my of doing it, saying they check everyday and it couldnt happen. They took the door pins out of the door and just removed it, so when I took off my lock the door just feel off. And on top of that, they raise your rent every 6 months. Stay away from here unless you like wasting your money and destroying your stuff.

We called and visited many storage facilities and felt that our best choice at the end of the day would be this facility. The agent on duty was Caitlyn. Caitlyn unlike the other facility agents actually took a great deal of time trying to guide us in the right direction because of our particular situation. She was very creative and found gave us many options we never got from any of the others. Her delightful and caring approach coupled with her knowledge of options made our decision extremely easy. We are now set and relieved of one more heavy weight on our shoulders. Thank you Caitlyn.

I have been a customer with this storage unit for over a year now. These guys are always willing to work with you at all times and when it comes to their customer service they are awesome. Recently I had to upgrade to a larger unit and Scott was very helpful. It was pouring down rain and he helped me move the stuff from my smaller storage into the bigger one which just so happened to be across the entire property. He also helped me take boxes to my car and made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I will make sure and recommend this storage unit to all my friends.

Well Toni was very friendly and professional but when I mentioned the $1 first month special that my daughter had told me about she didnt inform me that it was just an online promotion. Had I know, by ither my daughter or Toni, I certainly would have chose to do that instead of paying $100 that I couldnt really afford. This storage facility is very confienient and clean, however, as we were moving items in last night we got acquainted with the local mouse roaming around inside. Hopefully no one is storing any food items, or whatever else mice will get into.

We got there at lunch time . the women the works at this location name is Toni . she said she was on her lunch . we said okay and we waited. Well before are eyes she was not only back on time she came back early . I thought that was really nice of her .The great and professional service she gave was great . We were in and out in about half hr . This women takes pride in her job and you can tell . wish there where more people like this today working for the customer and not just a paycheck.

Toni was the utmost professional. As a business owner, my time is solid gold, and unfortunately not billable when Im doing stuff like renting a storage unit. Toni could have easily taken twice the time if hadnt been so efficient and professional with the whole sign up process. I had just stopped in to pay my bill, my storage unit is actually at a different location. Toni was so friendly and helpful! she chatted with me and seemed genuinely happy to see me. I was on the phone when I walked in but she was still able to help me while I was "on hold" on my call. When I was on the phone, she heard me say I would need to get a pen and she immediately handed me a pen and paper. She was very attentive!

I met Toni today and she was very courteous and very helpful. She even found me a space that was close to the outside door as I have issues with walking. I cant say enough kind things about Toni. Whenever I have needed a storage I have always gone to Public Storage because I have always been treated well, they were always clean the price was right. As always Public Storage is a 5* storage facility.

Latanisha provided excellent customer service today. A friend of my daughters needed assistance paying a bill so he could retreive some of his belonging. Ms. Latanisha went above and beyond to assist with the bill being paid over the phone by my dad. She went above and beyond to simplify the paying of this bill being that it was over the phone. I rarely receive customer service like i did today.

Toni was very friendly, engaging and helpful. She was attentive to those coming to the storage unit to help get it emptied, offered logistic suggestions based on what she knew we were doing, and told us NOT to worry about cleaning up afterward, as she planned to sweep up and secure everything as soon as we were done. Wonderful personal service.
