I did my reservation online the next day I got a call from Sabrina the office staff to confirm my reservation and to let me know that everything is alright and ready to go if I want. Hours later I come to the office where she welcomed me and explained all what needed to be done in a clear friendly manner. Then she showed me couple units to choose from the one that fit my needs. The next morning I come to the office to sign my papers where I meet Shasta the office staff, who is awesome. She welcomed me with a friendly smile on her face and went with me thru the contracts and the insurance again. Then she showed me the unit and other once to finalize my thoughts and decision before I sign the contract. On my moving day I got some technical difficulties with the unit I signed for. However I was fortune enough to meet Shasta at the office again. 5 minutes later she was able to arrange for me a new unit and I was set up to go. I really find that, Shasta and Sabrina have all these customer service skills that make customers feel respected and well served. Thank you again for the top customer service. I definitely would recommend the location to all my friends and colleagues.

DONT EVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVER! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND STORE YOUR THINGS. FIRST OF ALL MY AUNTS GARAGE WAS BROKEN INTO- WHICH I DIDNT KNOW OF UNTIL AFTER I MADE THE SAME MISTAKE...THE GUY THAT WORKS THERE IS ALWAYS HANGING OUTSIDE FRATERNIZING AND HE IS SO SNEAKY LOOKING (UP2NOGOOD) =& HIS GIRLFRIEND & MOTHER OF CHILD (HIS BABY MAMA) IS LOUD AND ROWDY AS HELL- NOT ON ONE OCCASION EITHER... IT SEEMS EVERYTIME I ARRIVE IM @THE CIRCUS, TALKING CRAZY OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE AND OBVIOUSLY THEIR APARTMENT ON SITE! THEIR LITTLE BABY BOY PLAYING NEAR A DANGEROUS 1/2 OF PARKING LOT- AND SHE WANTS EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT IS HER MAN & HIS SON! OH MY, THIS HELL HOLE IS IN A DRUG INFESTED SECTION OF RICHMOND, NOT TO MENTION THE PHONE @ PS IS DISCONNECTED!!!!!

This is a great storage location. Jennifer of the office staff was so helpful and informative from when I first booked online. She phoned me within a couple of hours of the booking. We set up an appointment. She showed me a very nice and large storage unit for a very competitive price. Jennifer was so quick and efficient with all of the paperwork and describing in detail the payment options, insurance and other pertinent information. It was so user friendly. Storage space tends to be waaaaaaay expensive in the Bay Area, but this public storage has reasonable rates AND is very secure, clean, and well run. I know there are some older reviews when there were some security issues, but that is a long time ago. Security is very good now. I have found it to be exactly what I need. I live in San Francisco so it is about a half hour drive, but well worth it. Between the reasonable rates and fine folks who run it, I couldnt ask for anything more.

Tamika and Jennifer are very helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of things.Anytime I have had a problem like not locking my storage correctly they were sure to notify me and the next time I came in they showed me how to put it on correctly. You couldnt ask for better employees. They put their all in their job.Tamika and Jennifer are on top of their job leaving nothing to chance.

I came into this location to buy some boxes and get some general information regarding a storage and the ladies (Jennifer and Tamika) at this location was extremely helpful along with having great customer service. Came in to get some boxes and the manager Jennifer explained to me that it is smarter to get the quick pack that they sale instead of buying individual boxes. She also explained other products to me that will help with my move and showed me different units and sizes she was awesome her customer service is wonderful I will be renting here instead of Extra Space.

I rented here once before and loved it, it was very clean and secure. I came back to check on prices because Im moving soon and the ladies here are lovely. Jennifer answered all of my questions and Tamika showed me several units. They also have the cheapest prices around. If your looking for a place to store this is it...and ask for Tamika or Jennifer.
