They will try to steal your stuff. We were customers for almost 2 years. The price was a bit high but people were nice. When it came time to leave, we gave our 30 days notice and begun unloading our stuff. The last day I was locked out and told that I owed another month before I could get the rest of my stuff out. They said that it is their policy that we had to be out by the 20th of the month and because it was the 30th they had to lock us out. Eventually they said that the best they could do would be to prorate the next month so I had to give them an extra 20 dollars to get my stuff. I told them in passing that wed be out by the 30th and they just said ok, when I left my notice to vacate I told them that we would be out by the 30th. Im sure in fine print someplace it says that you must leave by the 20th but they did a good job of hiding that from us. Im sure Im not the first to have this happen to them and I bet thats how they get their auction units. Save yourself some headache and go someplace else.

Seems ok but dont believe the price online. The lady was nice (just got the unit) and I have no complaints about her but the price online for the storage units are wrong. They also have a coupon on their website for half off your first months rent and that is apparently not valid anymore either even though it has no date on it saying when it is no longer valid. Little annoyed about that. Think they should update their website

Had a great experience at this location storing Salon furniture for 3 years. Zero complaints and the office manager (Scott) went above and beyond for all our needs. I would go out of my way to use this location even if it wasnt the closest.

Ive been using this storage facility for over 5 or so years now. LIKE WITH ANY PLACE - READ YOUR PAPERWORK AND ASK QUESTIONS. However they have been most kind to me I never had an issue.
