worst place ever.. The locked me out my unit after I paid for it they over charge me for the unit. They wouldnt give me my money back even though they locked me out. and didnt even bother to send me an email. even though they flooded my email with other email me either so every night I am going over there trying to put my things in storage I couldnt. TO top it all off the manager of the facility Domenica didnt care that I had family in the hospital and I couldnt get the storage unit to put my things in it. SMDH this is the worst I have ever been treated. Also the websites stated that you can bring you own lock to the facility and It is clearly posted on there website, but when I got there I was told I have to pay for a lock that cost me 16.95 I am flabber glasted about the treatment from this place I requested a call back from the managers supervisor about my money being put back into my account and I hope I get one cause this is really POOR BUSINESS DEALINGS... I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE I HATE

Company has a rat problem!!!! Long time renter went to move my stuff out of the unit my mattress, box springs, and a lot of other thing ruined. Confronted the manager he admitted the people a couple down from my unit had food in there unit attracting mice and rats. Showed him my personal belonging that have been ravaged by the vermin. He then proceeded to give me the insurance companies number who refuse to pay even tho they were at fault. SAVE YOUR SELF DONT EVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!! YOULL LOSE THOUSANDS I DID!!!

Amanda was absolutely amazing! I was dealing with an out of town locker and she made it so easy. Gave me tons of information and great advise, I would not hesitate a minute to use this location. Everything looked very clean and well taken care of. This company seems to get the best people, as I have found this same situation in Albuquerque, and Santa Fe NM and now Tacoma. When I had to go back the other woman was just as helpful, Im sorry I didnt get her name. They take the stress out! BRAVO for Extra Space Storage.

Clean safe enviroment every time I go to my storage, I am always revieving help when I need it, friendly people, I would not my belongings to be anywhere else. They call to remind me if I have missed out on anything. My belongings are fine in the storage no mold or anything, I have access to a truck on Saturday when needed, my storeage is in the right place, around the stores in case we need anything else or to put anything in storage, I would recommend my storage area to ALL my friends and associates.

I intended only to use storage for a couple of months but have found myself a customer for more than seven months, while my remodeling project from hell continues at turtle speed. I have come to know the staff at this location and find them to be very pleasant and helpful. The free truck was also great, when I was moving my stuff in. The facility is very, very clean, and I have never seen any trash on the grounds. I always have a sense of my goods being safe and dry in the lockers.

My experience with, Dee, was WONDERFUL! Friendly, courteous, very informative. The store was pristine, especially the bathroom. She took me to my unit, showed it to me to make sure it was the right size, changed the lock to my lock, gave me the keys, and we were off to the office again to sign all the paperwork. She explained everything and answered all my questions professionally and completely. I will definitely recommend to others! Best experience Ive had at a storage company!.

I called to check out prices and they were very competitive. Fast and easy quote. Checked it out in person. Very professional, straight-forward, and informative service from the staff. Facility looked presentable as well. Will be using this facility in the future. Update: Went back after having to move; still tremendous service, and a shout out to Angel for answering all my questions and getting me setup with the exact storage I needed. Highly recommend them!

So far- so good! We needed a bigger storage than most places had available. They did a great job going through all the costs and procedures once I arrived at the facility. Had a surprise where I had to buy a certain kind of lock- but once they showed me why- I felt more secure than bothered that I had to spend an extra $17.00 w/out knowing ahead of time. All in all- Id recommend it- let you know more later.

This by far is the best self storage place that I have ever used. The facilities are clean, well lit, and have the best hours of opperation. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Who would have thought that they were the cheapest rates, I sure didnt. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a storage company and they will continue to get all of my future business.

This place has friendly staff, clean grounds, and I love that I can do autopay online. Saves me time and money. The website is clean cut and easy to follow. Just surprised how the rates change from store to store. There should be a default all the way around especially if in the same areas. Like the Lakewood store prices are different than the tacoma store.

Brett was the person who helped me the day I inquired about a storage space. He was so friendly and helpful. He showed me the space available first and then walked me through how everything worked. The grounds were so neat and tidy didnt see a speck of garbage anywhere. I also love how it is gated. Thanks for the great customer service.

Its a decent place short term but there are several things they werent honest about. Heating was promised and lit units, both of which were false, and unless you tell them beforehand they wont prorate your payment. Also you have to pay $16 extra just to lock it and wont get your money back, and it cant be used for anything else.

Moving from State to State is difficult, the only thing that did go well was arriving at the storage site. Brett Wusterbarth did a great job working with the moving company as I was still in California. The site is clean, well managed and the staff are glad you are a customer. Again, well done. By the time I arrived I was greeted by extremely friendly and professional employees who were ready to help me find exactly the space I need. Thank you!

Very helpful to your needs. They offer suggestions and answers questions to beat suite your needs. No matter what you maybe going through they even lend a listening ear. The employees that work here treat me like family, a person, and not just a storage number. I understand sometimes you lose things .

Very friendly staff, they helped me on several occasions with my storage needs and questions. prices are ok, they do raise rental rates periodically. the storage unit is temperature controlled. i havent seen any rodents or bugs in my items since ive stored it about 4 years ago. definitely recommend.
