I would not even give one star if I had a choice. I had a rate increase a few months ago, not a big deal. Today I was informed that I got another rate increase of $19! From $53 to $72 for a tiny 5 x 5, really? I am out of town and can do nothing about this right now but bend over. This makes me sick. Nice job, you really value your customers dont you. You can just charge whatever you want and get away with it? Hopefully not for long.

I liked being able to reserve my uhaul truck online as well as checking in online. It made the entire process smooth and efficient. The Only bump on the process was making my reservation through the Uhaul site and ordering matress covers. The storage facility does not sell Uhaul mattress covers and I had to pick them up at a separate location. Agent at storage facility was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff have been incredibly helpful and very customer service oriented, going above and beyond what is expected. The place is clean, well maintained and our belongings are very well protected. We couldnt be happier and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place to store their stuff!

Our family temporarily moved to Florida for work. We looked for a quality storage unit in vancouver for weeks. Finally we walked in to West Coast. They were the friendliest, cleanest and most honest people we came across. It wasnt hard to take the units right then and there. They also recommended a moving company that was fantastic! This is one of the best storage facilities around. Its secured, well-maintained, affordable, temperature controlled and dont forget the flat carts, makes moving stuff in and out a lot easier.
