Lovely One

Hiiiiii! I LOVE the customer service and treatment that I receive from this location. Everyone is always professional and gracious! I want to thank Michelle for the love that she and her manager has shown, and to also let EVERYONE know that if your looking for a storage location that shows respect, love and appreciation for their customers, youve FOUND IT! Brian is a true gem as also, I enjoy working with these guys. You all are superstars, and you ROCK!!

Wife and sister in-law rented a unit, primarily for short storage of a couch. They were misled that it would fit. Oh, it would have fit the unit. You just couldnt get it in the outer door or maneuver in the hallway to the unit. They tried to find us another unit, but couldnt. Called the manager and he OKd by phone a refund. When refund came it was $3.30. what a joke. They must have thought they were funny. Not. Wouldnt recommend. Use A storage place instead.

We have rented two storage spots at Happy Valley, Portland. I am a New Zealander and we are storing a pickup and trailer. The Manager Brian provided an excellent service in organising the transaction and all the paper work. He had a good sense of humour. I was also impressed with the way he handled a couple of customers at the time. He was cool under fire. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm or this individual. 24414

Dorothy was very friendly and helpful, I was in a hurry when I came in to do the rental contract and she expedited the process as quickly as possible. She also called about a week later to see if there was anything else that I needed. I have rented at another Public Storage location in the past and even though I do not care for some of the corporate level policies the staff have always given excellent service.

Walked in to finalize my reservation, and I met Brian. An extraordinarily helpful and customer focused person -- extremely pleasant to deal with. My vote is two thumbs up... at least for the signup portion of my experience, but it certainly supports the expectation that dealing with this business will be as enjoyable as it could possibly be expected to be. Excellent service and security. I stored my Toy Hauler here for almost 2 years. I recommend them for your storage needs. Convenient location, and always gated. There is also someone on site to assist during normal business hours. I am waiting for a larger RV spot-- and looking forward putting my new motorhome here. Pricing is very reasonable as well, month-to-month.

I have never been to this site and found it dirty or anything messed up or just laying about in the traffic or walking areas. Brian does an excellent job of not only caring for the site but also caring for his customers. I would recommend this location to anybody who has storage needs. Its not so much the location its the people running the location that really good!!!

Having rented a unit here for over a year, I can say that my experience has been excellent. Brian has always been friendly, courteous, and professional in my every interaction with him. He even took the time once to call me at home to inform me that I had forgotten to lock my unit after a visit. A Most Valuable Employee to be sure!

Went in looking for a unit just big enough for some extra stuff I had, but they didnt seem to have the size I wanted. But they where super helpful and kind. Just a pleasure to be assisted by. They didnt have what I needed, but Ill definitely be coming back when theres a unit I can use!!
