My experience with this Public Storage has been overall positive, and the manager, Kelly, is a pleasure to work with, as she always has a smile and a friendly word for me. The location is somewhat hard to find initially, but once you know how to get there it is very convenient. The only reason I dont give five stars on my review is I find the floors are usually quite dirty, and when I transferred units it was a grimy process. To be fair, though, this might be true of all storage places, and since Im a clean freak, nothing is ever as clean as I want it to be. Two things to note as you search for a storage space are the hours and the climate control. This space opens early but closes by 9 oclock, and if you are a night person this might not work for you. And, in the winter, when its below freezing, it is freezing inside, too. If you have sensitive items or need warmth when youre cleaning and sorting, you may not want to store here, but if you dont care about that, it is a good place.

Updated 1/15, Once again I had the pleasure with dealing with Kelly. I helped a friend move some stuff the other day and Kelly remembered me from from when I was shipping around for my boss. She was pleasant as usual. What a great asset to have ad a first contact for customers...Kelly is the best manager ever. She is very helpful and always in a great mood, she is the type of person that brings a smile to your face. If I am ever in need of storage I will definitely rent here. I was shipping for units for my boss and Kelly went above and beyond by showing me how he could protect all of his belongings by choosing the right packing supplies. Thank you so much he was very appreciative for all the information I returned to the office with.

2014 will mark the 8th year I have been renting at this location. This last year a catastrophe hit our family which meant I ended up having to take in almost double the amount of storage that I had room for. By explaining our family situation, Kelly and the staff at this location were exemplary in helping us sort out logistically how to deal with the amount of storage we literally got overnight. The staff at this location arent just selling units out to people - they seem to really care about your situation and treat you like a paying customer SHOULD be treated like. This is a rare commodity these days - in my opinion. Its comforting to know our family estate is safe and in good hands with Public Storage. THANKS!

Great customer service...I went into Public Storage and was greeted by "Kelly" who actually listened to what I was needing.... and she offered exactly what I needed as far as storage..... so appreciated the fact the I was actually helped and wasnt pressured into getting a bigger storage unit than what I was in need of....and Kelly actually also offered storage advice on how to store my things and place them to give me the best way to utilize this unit... and location is great! If you need a storage spot....go here and please ask for Kelly. You will be very happy that you did!!.... :-) 5 stars from me!

When I moved last year, I had the need to store most of my furniture, furnishings, kitchenware, etc. Basically a 1 bedroom+ worth of my things. I had never needed storage before and was a bit overwhelmed with the options. The manager at this location, Kelly was so great to explain everything and to show me all of my options and guide me to the best option for my needs. She was GREAT and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was nervous about the whole process and she made it so easy! I would recommend Public Storage and especially Kelly to anyone who has a need. Excellent Customer Service!!

This storage facility has excellent service, rates and was very convenient for my needs. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone in the surrounding area requiring storage needs on a short or long term basis. Kelly, the manager, was very pleasant and helpful and always willing to assist with my needs. I always felt my needs were addressed and that I could ask questions and receive a clear concise answer. I would definitely go here for storage needs in the future!

I have had 3 storage units at the facility. There have been places that are closer to my residence, but I continue to use this location due to the onsite manager Kelly. When I call, she always remembers who I am, based on my phone number. She is very personable. That means a lot nowadays, where you meet someone different every time you go to an establishment. I hope to die more business with her in the future.

Absolutely love this location! Staff is friendly manager kelly is the best part!!! she makes the not so fun part about moving your goods to a storage place a not so bad experience. She is very informative From the unit size to rates to packing supplies to courtesy calls to remind me not to be late on my payments to avoid any fees! Very nice location always clean awesome awesome service!!!!

I have used this facility for my storage needs intermittently since 2002. Location is convenient. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Kelly is a joy to work with. Her outgoing personality and personal attention to customers is exemplary. I have used other storage places in Portland and suburbs. None of which can compete with Kelly and her facility. The place is clean and secure but the BEST thing about it is Kelly, in the front office. She was so kind to me during a horrible 3 days of moving, and helped me figure out the best way to save money on my last-minute storage unit. I told her that even if I hadnt have been able to save money, her kindness made my horrible day good again.

Really miss Kelly...she simply disappeared one day and I was told "shes not with the company any more." Still, the clerks are extremely helpful and friendly. Never a sour word, even if they have to leave the office and check something with me. No complaints, though cant understand why the monthly rent keeps going up.
