My business relationship with Public Storage began in September of 2012. My entire experience with the Storage Facility and the staff has been positive. Upon move in I had a great promotional incentive on the cost of the rental unit that was a big help financially. The staff has been consistently courteous, responsive, and helpful. The company provides good quality locks for the units at an affordable price. I feel secure storing my personal possessions knowing the property is under video surveillance. The Storage Facility grounds are kept very clean and I have never had an issue with other renters. I recommend Security Public Storage on Fruitridge Rd. in Sacramento. Marilyn Stewart

Hi my name is James Panis, current customer for 3/4 months now & will recommend to friends/family & strangers basically anyone and everyone who needs storage space! I have been renting from other Storage companies and found this to be more sufficient, easy, cheaper deals & employees there make the biggest difference! They are always keeping the place clean and welcoming & greating me all the time! As I come I enter the code to disarm the alarm and when I leave I enter the code to activate the alarm as I seen in their TV in the front office! I feel that they do a GREAT JOB!! Deserve a raise!!!! & will definitely stay here &/or always recommend this location!!! James Panis pleased customer!!!

I have been a customer here for several years. I have seen a couple managers come and go. Debby and her son are always friendly. Its nice to be greated with a smile person and by phone. Grounds are kept clean and tidy. Wish the hours were a little later, even 8pm would be helpful at times. But closing at 7pm I am sure keeps the unwanted people away. There are cameras everywhere. Knowing that they live on site makes me feel safe especially since I sometimes go out of town. I would recommend to anyone that wants to know they stuff will be safe.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. Over the years many others have not been as attentive as the on-site management team at Fruitridge Security Self Storage. Theyre conveniently located near highway 99 just off the Fruitridge Rd exit. They are so professional and concerned that the customers are happy. They are all alarmed, and well- maintained. Ive been using this storage facility for almost a year now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the size you would need and wouldnt have to get a bigger storage just to make more money. I had great customer service and feel comfortable that they have surveillance cameras in the facility. The billing is easy and if you dont want to have automatic deductions, they will send you an email reminder. Very nice!

Naty and the assistant manager were great! Ive never had a storage but they explained everything, walked me through it, and made sure I got the best deal (which is online btw). They even followed up with me and showed me multiple units so I was sure to get the best one for my stuff. Im a lifetime customer now!

Well managed. Clean. Secure. Staff are friendly and informative. May space was clean and well maintained. I found the process of securing a space quick and easy. The rates are reasonable and so long as they dont go up, Ill probably continue renting the space for some time to come.

Security Public Storage has the state of the arts security system that protects your storage. They proctect you property as if it was their own. I have used this storage facility for 10 years. They are very friendly. I have recommended this facility to my friends.

I like it at this location, Russ and Veronika are very nice, great customer service here. Located at a very busy street but except that place is big as well one ways so accidents are prevented... as long as people follow directions.
