Please go to ANY storage company in the county besides this one. Rainbow storage is the worse. The women at the office are very rude, my rent has gone up twice in one year and they have many many hidden fees. I cant wait to get my stuff off of their property

Horrible. Worst experience of my life, none of my codes worked. The gate was broken and wouldent accept mine or my friends code (which were diffrent) and little to no security.
