The management at the office on Broadway is not customer friendly at all. (Although I do have to say that when I first rented, Becky was very helpful after we ran into issues being in desperate need of a unit on Christmas Day.) There is a lot of demand for storage units in the area, so they treat their customers like garbage, since they have a waiting list of up to 5 people waiting to pay them for your storage unit anyway. They will lock you out of the keypad at the gate, as well as put their own lock on your unit so you cant get in, if youre there for more than 30 minutes, or break one of their other "rules". I think this is ridiculous, what about people with small cars who cant pack a giant box because it wont fit in the car & need to take all their things, then put the box together, put their items in the box, and then put the box into the unit on-site? What if you arent sure where you packed something, go there to retrieve it from the space you pay good money for, and you take too long looking for it? Heres the answer: You get locked out of the keypad, and your unit double-locked with their company cylinder lock, and they dont even notify you. So you dont find out that you were "bad" until you try to get in and are denied access at the gate. There are other ridiculous rules that they will put you in "time-out" for. When youre sitting at the gate with people behind you trying to get in getting mad at you, everyone behind you has to back up so you can pull out of line, you call them (because they dont call you and let you know that you broke one of their rules & youve been locked out...) and they tell you what you did to be a "bad boy/girl" and inform you that you are in "time out" until up to 5PM the FOLLOWING DAY even if you are calling them during business hours. I own a business that has no brick-and-mortar location, and if a storage space wasnt vital to my business, I would have taken my property out of there a long time ago. Unfortunately, I own things that arent small and cant fit into my house nor sit outside in the elements. If you dont want to be put in time out like a child, look around the area for another storage space not owned by Rainbow. By the way, theyre not cheap either. The only reason we rented with them is because they have a 24 hour kiosk a few miles away at the main office, and we were in need of a storage space on Christmas Day. If we knew what we were getting into with a company that treated their customers this way, to not only do it, but not even bother notifying you, that theyre locking you out for exceeding their (un-announced & not even in the contract) 30 minute time limit, we would never have done business with them. I basically feel like theyre treating me as if they think Im trying to live in or running a meth-lab out of the storage space, when it couldnt be further than the truth... the unit is full of stuffed animals and arcade claw machine games. Will be moving to another storage unit with a company that treats their customers professionally and as fellow adults as soon as we can. Every time I pay them my blood boils...

Do not ever rent through this company for your own sake! They will give your personal information out to strangers, bill you with suprise fees and treat you and your family very, very poorly. The woman in the office is rude, aggressive, profane, unorganized, and unprofessional. She cussed out my 8 year old daughter on the telephone! What kind of professional adult does that?? They charged us a completely wrong ammount on our storage unit, which we paid and then they had the nerve to call and harrass us again at our home and place of work demanding more money. The lady on the phone was so rude that at first I didnt even think that she really worked for the company as she represented herself and Rainbow Storage in such a unprofessional, childlike, profane manner. Then, come to find out, it was THEIR billing mistake which they were overcharging us the entire time and we didnt even get an appology from them or a refund! If thats how they do business, I dont expect them to be around for long with this customer abuse AND SCANDAL.

Horrible storage company I DO NOT Recommend unless u are OCD about packing and labeling extensively. Weve been locked out of our storage 3 times in less than one week of having it. All over "organizing" our stuff after bringing it there. When we only unloaded and put it in the storage in 1 1/2 hours. (Thats to long)
