The Portland Storage Company has improved greatly since they got their new manager, Rachelle. Thefts have stopped, they have a new security system, and a new gate system! The manager is very friendly and welcoming and truely cares about keeping our stuff safe and making sure that her customers are happy. I have never had a better expirience at a storage company thanks to her. I highly recommend the Portland Storage Company.

Do not, I repeat Do not rent a storage unit from this place! If you do, mark my words! All of your stuff will be stolen!!!!! As you can see, there are two other bad reviews, and all of their things were stolen too. These people are crooks, they must be shut down!

Awful. Rented a unit for two months, half of our stuff was stolen. The lock was broken and replaced with an identical one. When a locksmith opened the unit for us, all our valuables were gone. Edit: this was in 2012, it might have changed since then.

The manager was very friendly, extremely helpful and easy to work with and takes great care of the facility. Everything is clean and well maintained. Weve been there a year and no problems. Not a friend or family, just a satisfied customer.
