What a great experience! Just arrived in Portland, we were lucky enough to find the SWHS. Our first encounter was with Cym at the front desk. She is a delightful person who is helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. Next we met the manager, Jerry, who patiently walked us through every detail of using the storage unit. Everything is spotlessly clean and security is the main priority. All this for a very reasonable monthly fee. Keep up the good work!!

Absolutely fantastic staff and fantastic facility. You definitely get what you pay for. Great loading bays, dollies everywhere for you to easily move things to your unit, and great units too. Very impressed with entire process. 2 thumbs up guys. Well done.
