The staff at this local storage facility is amazing! I was in a very difficult transition and needed short term storage until I could move into the new house and was blown away by their level of service. At first they didnt have any units open but Kerry made sure to let me know when one opened up after I got stiffed by the Kitsap Way U haul. While I was moving after in I accidentally rolled the lock up into the door and couldnt lock the door.Josh called me back right away even though it was after the office had closed and made sure I was okay. If I ever need storage again this will be the first place I call.
