As a customer for several months I was very disappointed in the customer service and with the fact that I was stuck on the freight elevator for abut 20 minutes. I pushed the emergency buttons many times, yelled and screamed and had to listen to this elevator make sounds that were very unsettling. The attendant who was suppose to be bringing a cart for my use to the 4th floor appeared to be unconcerned with what had just happened to me. Thanks to two customers who heard my yells for help got me out of the elevator. To this day I wonder where was an emergency phone and where were the surveillance cameras?? This was a very terrifying experience for me.

Ive had a really good experience with the service and frendliness of this place. You can pay over the phone. They take the time to be thourough with new customers- so it may take more time than you thought. Thanks Garrett for letting me finish dropping off at he last minutes of before closing. I was in a time-crunch when I first got the unit, but everything worked out- and the thouroghness makes me feel safer about my stuff being there for so long. Take the time to listen about properly using the elevator, before using. Good people working there.

Having to access this storage facility for number months I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The staff always went over the top, very friendly and always happy to help. I recommend that if you need to store you stuff this IS the place to do it. I never had an issue with the elevator, possibly user error?

The guy who answered the phone at the East Portland office was rude and lost them a customer. He had an additude and a nasty personality. I will never store anything with them- EVER! My money goes to places who hire people who respect themselves by being professional to customers.

Horrible. Horrible access hours. Horrible storage. Undersold space, my 7X12 measured 6X11 inside the unit. at $140 a moth Im being RAPED.

Nice indoor storage units. The hours are really restrictive though, and the one freight elevator is frequently in use by other people.
