First, the first picture on Google has nothing to do with the location they are talking about. You only see distance shots because this place is a joke. Run down, and the access to get in isnt lined up so you have to block traffic and get out of your car to even get in the first gate. This was due to really poor planning when they set the place up. This storage unit is a joke in every-way you can imagine. Here are just some of the other things I would like to point out. Most the lanes are impossible to drive down with even a large car (but especially a moving truck, and when the manager is blocking the driveway with her van because she wont walk down to a storage unit to lock it or change it). They will randomly change gate and door codes giving you NO ADVANCE NOTICE, illegally locking you out from your goods, and restricting access to only the office hours. It isnt a 24 hour storage either. When you have greatly restricted hours you can only get YOUR OWN possessions out that you are paying to store, when they are there. If they change the codes and you ask about it, they will become rude and condescending telling you to look at the notice on the window (which also still doesnt have the new code and is pointless/useless except telling you why you cant get in anymore). They have forced insurance, probably because they have virtually no surveillance and the place looks like it was put together by some school children. Someone vandalized next to my storage unit (inside a closed, coded hallway) and they couldnt identify who (nor did they care). The dividers for the small units are a joke and could be punched through by someone who wanted to steal their neighbors stuff (again, nor surveillance so nobody would know.) They do absolutely no pest control. Bottom line, biggest joke I have ever witnessed when it comes to storage and NO reason to have anything to do with these people (except with the lawsuit because they violated the contract by illegally restricting my access hours without notice)

Great service from Marcia at A-1! She was super quick to respond to all my requests, she showed me several options for storage units that would suit my needs. She was very warm and welcoming, and made me feel like I was joining a neighborhood community rather than just renting a storage unit. The facility is clean, well-lit, well-maintained. Online auto payment is convenient.
