My wife and I were recently in need of a large storage space and we turned to Public Storage as we have in the past. We were met by Liz and Anna at the Gig Harbor, WA facility. Although they were not able to provide us with the specific size of storage space we needed, they did everything humanly possible to search for other facilities that could accommodate our needs. We were both very impressed with their customer service and follow-up calls to make sure our needs had been met. If everyone in customer service provided the help that Liz and Anna provided, life would go much smoother for everyone. These two ladies should be commended for their attention to duty and Public Storage should realize their value as exemplary employees. Thanks again, Dennis E.

I just moved here from out of the state, I needed a place to store. I have heard such great things about public storage, so decided to check it out. The prices were not only affordable but Samantha went above and beyond the expectation. Not only went out of her way to find me the most affordable unit, but also one that would work for all my things. She had a great sense of urgency and humor, which these days in customer service is hard to come across. I appreciate her and all the things she did for me to make it such an easy process. Even when am just coming to put stuff in my unit, I always stop in and say hello when is here cause she is such a gem to talk to. THANK YOU SO MUCH SAMANTHA!

We miss Sam! She left the fircrest location where we were storing to run the gig harbor location. Her smile was always so pleasant and so was she! Nichole told me today that sam and her were just talking about our family. I asked Nichole for a google for her store. I never stored here but we do love Samantha! This Public Storage location was about 4 blocks from our home, which made it very readily accessable. We ended up getting a 10 x 12 enclosed, and two open spaces for my boat and RV. The place is clean and well kept up. Prices were a little better than what we had been paying at another storage location that was farther away from where we live. The onsite attendant was very courteous and knew what she was doing. I was impressed ... ! And, I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

I needed to rent a storage unit quickly and went online and found a convenient location close to home and made a reservation for moving in the following day. When I arrived Samantha was there to show me the unit and gave me a complete review of the process and costs. My experience was so good that I would recommend this location to anyone who needs storage that is safe, clean, and has easy access. Samantha deserves high praise for her customer service skills and great personality.

Dont walk, but run away from this place. I have stored by boat here for the past couple of years. Last weekend, someone just drove in -- through the open gate -- and stole my boat. Luckily it was recovered. When I asked the folks at Public Storage to help cover the cost of bringing the boat back to the storage facility, the answer was NO. We are not responsible for anything. Period. You expect some since of security when you rent storage place. Well, not here.

Outstanding service! Quick, easy, affordable and the sign up for the storage rental could not have been easier! I was in and out in less then 30 minutes with all aspects of the rental completed. I was assisted by Barbi. She was extremely professional and friendly and answered every question I had concerning the process. Great location and the office is open seven days a week. Highly recommend if you want quick professional service.

Came in to buy merchandise a few days ago, was referred by a friend of mine who stores at public storage in Gig Harbor and it was a fast and easy process. I was looking for a wrapping paper for glass and wine boxes. Samantha was very helpful and pleasant. I really appreciate the amazing customer service and her taking the time to go over the different materials with me. Would refer anyone to store and buy product here :)

This was my first time getting a rental space and the ladies assisting me were amazing. They made everything easy to understand.Quick and helpful not only was I helped by the staff on hand, her off duty coworker also helped explain things. I do believe their names were Shayna and the other was Elizabeth. They no doubt made me feel as if I made the best decision in obtain the unit I did.

Staff is/was great help with getting me moved from one storage unit to a larger storage unit. Staff was thorough with the paperwork and finances. She was great explaining all the details and was able to get us into a unit that would work for us now and set us up on the waiting list for a larger unit. Great location and great service.

Though Im not needing a unit for another month or two she didnt hesitate when I asked to see multiple unit sizes and asked about a million questions. I will be storing with Samantha when Im ready.
