As you check into the storage unit, they have you rate them right in front of them. So of course, you only get to rate a small glimps of what your services will be like. They increased our monthly rate without notice, claiming they sent a letter. Not willing to work with us for that month due to the failing letter, we decided to pull our belongings out. BUT BE CAREFUL! Do the prorating math yourself because they were overcharging us, until my husband stepped in and said something. And only then, did it get fixed by their bosses because he refused to pay such a high amount. Lastly, they left personal information as a message with the babysitter. Not professional AT ALL.

Clean, great service! In dire need of a storage unit. They get pricey but this place offers 1 dollar for first month. Cant beat that price! Laurie called me right away and welcomed me when I reserved online. When I first came, she was really friendly and warm. She made me feel like I had come to store my stuff at the right place. She showed me right away where my storage unit is and how to open, close, and lock it. She explained the agreement really well as well. Im really glad I chose this specific public storage. I def recommend this to anyone in the Tigard and lake Oswego area.

Laurie and the other lady. Forget her name. Theyre. So so sweet help me and my mother. Im more ways than one. Personable nice patient. Very. Great at their jobs. Laurie. Is super. She is very. Came in today to see different sizes of units but did not rent today because Im not moving yet and dont need one yet but when I do need one I will definitely go here the two ladys Rachel and Marcy that helped me today were very wonderful and had such great customer service they asked me what I wanted to store an when I asked why they need to know Marcy very kindly told me she wanted me to get the right size unit for the best price Ive been to many different places and I will definitely go here just because of how great they were to me

Last June, I moved from Lake Oswego. The move necessitated my moving everything into storage. I started with one unit then went to two units as I awaited one larger unit:-? Marcy and Jim were both awesome. Marcy let me know the moment a larger unit became available. Moving is hard...Marcy has been so kind, friendly and supportive. She has some amazing customer service skills: always smiling and always welcoming. I am so very grateful for both of them during this difficult period.

It was moving day and a very stressful situation for me…I went to the Public Storage Website and found the storage unit quickly on line, booked it and within a few minutes Jim of the 17990 SW McEwan Road Public Storage called me. Jim was so helpful and nice, really organized and I was in and out in just a few minutes. The whole experience really saved me time and expense on moving day and Jim could not have been more kind or patient. I recommend this storage site - highly!!!

My girl friend just moved to Portland the move was very stressful trying to find storage is not easy but for anyone looking for storage I recommend this facility the two girls that Ive seen work there are very professional and kind, we were not prepared marcy helped us showing us they had mattress bags to protect our mattress because it already got dirty putting it in the truck, its a good place to go, great workers, very happy customer

Just moved to Oregon and took advantage of Public Storages $1 first month rental deal. My family and I arrived tired and anxious after days of travel, and Laurie acted as a friendly and hospitable first impression of Oregon. She patiently lead my travel weary brain through the paperwork and to the storage unit. The facility is clean and easy to access. Very glad to have chosen this location.

Laurie helped me today become the proud renter of my first storage unit :D she was very helpful and super friendly. I got my unit and everything else i needed really fast and even had time to go test out my code and put a few things in my unit all during my lunch brake. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend this place to anyone!

Ive had several self-storage spaces over the years in many different areas of the US and this one is among the best. Marcy and Jim are the caretakers and they keep it clean and well-maintained. The location was great for my needs....easy in and out. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent here again.

Laurie was awesome when setting up my unit. The paperwork was fast, easy, and could be done in advance. Her friendly service made it an enjoyable experience. The units are clean, well lit, and appear extremely secure. If you are looking for some space for that extra stuff, this is the spot!

Jan, the manager on duty, was helpful, friendly, and courteous. She offered to be of assistance in any way we needed and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The units were clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this location if anyone is need of a storage unit.
