Terrible Experience and will not be doing business with the location ever again. Jennifer the manager "helped" me. I was told I had to buy a lock from them or they would not let me put stuff in the unit until they "see" my lock not he door which I left at home. So if I wanted to go home, get the lock then come back I could have but because of the time I would not have been able to put a load in the unit until the next day and it was time sensitive. On top of that, the same lock they sold for 19.99 was at uHaul for 11.95..ripoff. Then the cherry on top was the "required" insurance. That is misleading and most likely illegal. Requiring me to purchase their insurance on my stuff?? I was angry and felt misled, It started at 92 a month, then a one time admin fee then a lock then insurance, I had enough and told her it was terrible business and I would find somewhere else asap. She then in a rude tone asked..well does your own insurance cover your stuff? Really?!? why was that question asked BEFORE the required insurance. I said yes and she then told me that I could decline the insurance...so therefore it is not required!!! I would love to know how many people are paying for this ridiculous insurance because it is "required" I will never use them again and I recommend you use one of the other storage options here in Oregon City. If this is the practices of Public Storage and not just the terrible actions of a greedy employee, then shame on you Public Storage.

1. Advertised rates online, and online "specials" somehow just dont apply to what you end up paying. Even when the website IN THE OFFICE is showing $92/mo, we could not get anyone to authorized that price, and I actually had to pay $103/mo. Forget the $1 move in specials, 50% off the first month and 15% off. Not happening. 2. A 5 x 10 foot unit is actually 5 x 9 feet. Took my tape measure. This is just dishonest on corporates part. 3. Be aware that insurance is required. Its moderately priced I guess, at $15 per month for $5000 coverage with a deductible. So just add that to the cost of your unit. Joe, the gentleman filling in for the usual person was very helpful and nice, so no complaints with him. I am just really steamed over the bait/switch pricing.

One word, Jennifer She is rude, unprofessional, has no customer service skills, she shouldnt be able to work in public. She is honestly one of the RUDEST and BITCHIEST people I have come across in my life, and I want to know why public storage has that c**t even working for them. Shes militant, I was signing paperwork and she ripped it from my hands, crumpled it in my face, and threw it on the floor next to my feet because I printed where I was supposed to sign, and when I signed she told me it wasnt my signature because the s didnt have the same squiggle as it did on my drivers liscence, and then accused me of having a fake liscence. Honestly whose idea was it to hire her?

I moved from Central Oregon nearly 2 years ago and rented several units for the past months. All we clean and well kept. The current unit is temp-controlled and it nice. The only issues are no light outside my unit and has been out for nearly a year. There is a step inside and easy to trip. Also, the double doors closest to me is not working. I have to enter from an end door. We finally able to empty our unit. My biggest concern was the increase in rent the longer we stayed. I dont see how businesses are able to stay in any of these facilities. I would recommend this facility for short term use. The managers have little say over upkeep. They are always helpful.

The facility was convenient, and the cost was ok. The Manager(jennifer) is not friendliest person Ive ever met. She was Ok when I paid and signed my lease, but after that she was almost rude at times. I said "hi" to her multiple times while at my unit and she either wouldnt acknowledge me at all, or would scowl at me. Not once did I get a "hi" back. It was strange. Allie, and all the other employees I interacted with there were great! The Unit was Ok, but the door needs new weather stripping. There was about a one inch gap at the bottom of the door where the stripping used to be. Air, moisture and dirt could get in, and did.

When things in my life changed drastically, Jennifer stepped up and made things happen! This last week had been a story for the Murphys Law books! Storage was the best and easiest part of the week. Jennifer went above and beyond what was expected of her and for that we stayed with Public Storage! Going with them is the best thing that you could ever do! THANK YOU, JENNIFER!!!! When I encountered a problem with my bill (which turned out to be an error on my part) I was treated with courtesy & the problem was resolved promptly. As a long time customer I was given the benefit of the doubt when I tried to blame anyone but myself. I did apologize & cant tell you how refreshing it is for a company to treat a customer like a person.

Manager Jennifer was super helpful and friendly. She showed us several size options and explained the discount programs she had running at that time. Facility was clean and easy to navigate through. She also gave us a reminder that if we use the bathroom, to please pop the button on the lock when we leave it or the next person cant get in!

Jennifer was very helpful, thoroughly explaining rates, unit availability, and payment options. She had storage cartons and supplies available for purchase at the main office in case you need. The storage units were clean and dry. Its in a convenient location just off of Cascade Hwy/213 onto Molalla Ave.

The young lady that helped us was a lot nicer than the usual help from most places. We were able to see the different sizes and compare to each other. My husband is a price shopper and with the special rate we got to move in he felt we got a solid deal. Everything has been fine so far.

We used PS for approx. 5 months while our house was up for sale. The manager was great & very accommodating. I like the fact that you dont have to rent the units for a specific time period - month to month was great. Lots of boxes, paper etc for sale. Would definitely recommend.
