The guy/owner is rude and disrespectful. I can honestly say Ive never dealt with such poor customer service. He was rude from the time we walked in until the time we left. His view is everyone needs a storage unit so he doesnt need to be respectful in anyway nor does he need your business. As we left an elderly woman walked in and left just as quickly. She found him to be just as rude. I will never recommend his storage units to anyone.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS I WAS 1 DAY LATE BECAUSE OF SNOWY WEATHER AND THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME $200.00 TO GET MY STORAGE OUT and STUFF WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY UNIT AND THEY CHARGED ME $188.00 BECAUSE THEY CHARGED A LOCKOUT FEE BECAUSE THEIR WEBSITE WAS NOT WORKING AND I COULD NOT MAKE MY PAYMENT I WAS 1 DAY LATE BECAUSE OF THE SNOW

Nov 2016 I WAS ROBBED HERE. I was away working for the military and put my stuff here in storage. Both my locks were drilled out and 11k worth of stuff was taken. The management was rude and not helpful claiming there was no video footage taken. GO elsewhere!!

Not A place you would want to rent with, feels like the raise the rents every six months there smallest units are now up to $51.00 a month !! Ridiculous
