There are so many fair and honest storage companies within Kitsap county, it would be in your best interest to select one of them instead of this company. They raised the rent within just a few months after we paid a moving company to move our household goods in for storage. Then they added insurance payments to the monthly bill without notification. These are the same insurance payments we had to initial on the storage contract when we specifically declined coverage. So the monthly amount you believe you are paying in full, based on the monthly, now higher rent you are paying, actually now has additional insurance charges that you never knew about, which kicks you into high late payment fees. This is the fifth storage company throughout the US that we have used and we have never dealt with such shady business practices. These are just a few of the shady practices they use. Learn from my mistakes and choose an honest company that wont raise your rates and add fees you declined, without consent or notification. The only reason I gave them one star is because one of their employees, a young lady, is very nice and professional.

Great location right off the freeway. However, youll have just as good luck if you store your goods under a tarp in a neighbors front lawn. I had my thugs stored here for nearly a year, and when I pulled them out they had mold growing on them. The contract you sign specifically says you will not hold them liable for damages to your property while its stores there, but the whole purpose of using storage is to keep your things safe. Take my advice and find somewhere else that doesnt try to screw you out of your things.

Complete jerks... had a storage place here years ago and they always kept messing up the paperwork even when I had just walked in the door to pay the monthly bill it would be 15 minutes later and they were calking me up saying they hadnt received a payment from me. Go somewhere else, they cant be trusted with your stuff or your money.

Least expensive place in Silverdale when I was looking. Exterior roll up door units have a light. Interior regular door units do not.
