Called 30 minutes "after hours". Call was answered by grumpy man. Told me i was calling after hours, but still asked me what my question was. I asked about rates for spaces. He then told me to call back during normal working hours (9-5). I currently am renting a space from them. And I was hoping to upgrade. Now I think I am going to look for a storage unit elsewhere. The units have no lights in them. So if you visit after sunset (or have an indoor unit like me) you better bring your own flashlight.

From another "not admitting how long Ive had my storage unit" person.... Ive been with these guys a L.O.N.G. time - never had a bit of trouble - always prompt, courteous and friendly. Unit is clean, always well maintained. BTw - never been overcharged, and costs have gone up a teeny bit every year, but it costs money to run a business, just like it costs money to rent a storage unit. I like that they send me the bill via email, and my receipt via email - less paper to mess with. :)

Does not actually heat the units! Does not stand by the quotes they give over the phone! Double charges if you do not pay attention to your bill! Does not follow through with the 3rd month free, they will charge you for it! They are grouchy and old if you interrupt Jeopardy! My sports car did not fit in the unit that was supposed to be for car storage!

Ive had a storage unit with them for years (much longer than I care to admit) - never had any issues. Great to work with, and the place is kept neat/tidy.
