Staff were nice and professional, initial experience was good, but they expected the u-haul truck to be filled with gas to EXACTLY 7/8ths of a tank. I only drove the truck for max 20 miles, I added two full gallons back and the needle was on 7/8ths when I left. They called me and told me it was a single tick below and theyre now charging me a full $30 service fee and $12 worth of gas. What horrible customer service. I understand if I didnt refill the tank, but charging me $42 for a single tick is absolute crap. I could have filled the entire tank at Freddies for that price. The only way to for-sure get enough gas in is to fill the last 1/8th of way, essentially paying for someone elses gas. Either way, theyre screwing you out of gas money. I will NOT be using this service again.

Some move ins at our facility are on "Special Rates" due to deals made with customers at the time of their move in. As we continue to be competitive with other storage facilities we offer "Specials" through out the year as a service to our customers.These specials expire after certain periods of time described on all contracts. We are never in the business of collecting fees or raising rates with out notice or knowledge to the customer. Called for a quote over the phone. Rate was good so I decided to come down in person to get more Information. Only this time the rate was $5 more expensive then the rate I received over he phone. They may be good at leering their customers in with that tactic but not going to work on me.
