Manager Lee Ho: 1) Harassed me whenever I was on property. 2) Essentially accused me of being homeless because of my frequent use of the facility. 3) Used the on-site security cameras and check-in system to stalk my vehicle and physical whereabouts. 4) Stated that the way my unit was organized was "inappropriate" and gave me four days to move out on the same day I had finally finished moving everything in. 5) Threatened to call police and have all of my belongings removed if I did not comply. A set of actions which does not abide by the general terms of the rental/lease agreement. All of her threats and accusations were made out of hostility and directed at me personally. Fact is, I shouldve sued. I work three jobs and am in the process of moving from Hawaii to California. Not that my personal business is anyone elses business. Especially someone who brags about managing storage facilities for ten years. Which is nothing to brag about btw. I read all these 5-star reviews and cant help but think that interacting with a person once every six months hardly qualifies as an "experience." I read a review where some people had their units looted and feel like I should mention that there were ACTUAL homeless people on property when I moved in. One day, I heard someone snoring two doors down from me. Never noticed any video cameras in the storage area. Not sure how Lee Ho was stalking me, but maybe if she used those cameras to catch thieves, those poor people would still have all their earthly possessions. Great place. Brand new facility. Very affordable. Remainder of the staff - amazing and pleasant. I regret having to take my business elsewhere. I know Im not alone since other 1-star reviews are different people who have also been mistreated by Lee Ho. While looking for another storage facility, I came across similar reviews about Lee Ho since she has managed almost every facility in a ten-mile radius. She conveniently failed to mention her lack of staying power and innate ability to openly discriminate against paying customers who break no rules. Clearly identifiable negative patterns are far more important than point of sale transactions/interactions.

WARNING! Aware of Lee Ho! Having conversations with Lee Ho was my worst experiences in my life. It seems Lee Ho is the manager of this place who does not care about people and does not know anything about costumer service. The way she talks for renting the place at the beginning is very nice, but after the moment that you pay, every thing will change. Sometimes we should tell these people that they are in US not their home country, respect and costumer service is number one rule here. She could say "it is better not to do this" than shout at me "I DONT LET YOU TO DO THIS". The result would be the same, and I wont do it if she was nice too. Or saying that I will charge your credit card for this and that more than 2 times. Does she scare me of money? Even with out considering my style and car (I really dont like to tell this but it worths more than all her life) she shouldnt tell this because I havent say I dont move or I cant move before that time. Scarring people for $100?! Thats so petty. Storage is a empty place that you pay to use it, they are almost the same, the behavior is the parameter that change your experience. Do your search before coming to this place please.

I really hate to do this, as Lee Hos customer service has been pretty good, but this place has been ROBBED THREE TIMES IN THE LAST MONTH. My familys unit got robbed twice out of those three times, and we lost so many expensive and sentimental valuables (I lost a lot of size 00 and XXS White House Black Market clothes, handbags and purses, shoes and boots, my Pokémon and anime memorabilia, my DVD and Manga collection, some silverware ans expensive dish sets, coin proofs, a small motor scooter, etc.) Im so angry that the thieves have not been caught and that there is no proper security system or guards for the night time. Im convinced it could be an inside job because in the second robbery, the thieves took a HUGE safe out of our locker that could not have been tossed up and over the fence. It had to have been dragged to another unit until they could get away with professional help. Until this place gets high tech security, I suggest everyone MOVE STUFF OUT IMMEDIATELY and find a safer place! Justice will be served!

I have stored things at this Public Storage facility for many years. Although I have found the employees to be normally friendly and courteous, I would like to make particularly mention of Ms Lee Ho. Ms Ho always greets customers with a friendly smile and greeting, and has consistently proven her willingness to go the "extra mile" to assure customer satisfaction, regardless of the circumstances or problems involved. In addition to her exceptional customer relations skills, Ms Ho has obviously made the effort to become well versed in all aspects of her responsibilities, and I believe her to be an outstanding example of the type employee companies truly desire.

LeeHo, the manager is very conscientious, efficient and still personable...the older outside building is a bit musty and damp, bit still clean and a good value. The newer indoor, climate controlled building is immaculate (although the bathroom has apparently never been functional?). I found this place in January, when desperate. LeeHo was a godsend! Efficiently and knowledgeably enforces policy&procedure but with a quiet compassion and understanding of when&how to bend when necessary. Unfortunately, Ive rented my unit for 6 months, and the uncaring/impersonal Corporation is raising my rates and I need to vacate ASAP, as I cant afford the new rent.

Leeho makes my move in very easy. This is my time using storage at PS and its very easy. Leeho showed me the right unit and help get some good discount on packing materials like boxes and mattress bag. She is very patient and accommodating and showed me how to use the gate codes and the lock too. She showed me a few spaces before i decided on the right size and price. I am very happy that she took the time to explain how i would save space by using the right packing boxes and the mattress bag to protect my mattress. I would recommend everybody here. 5 star for her customer service understanding of customer needs.

My association with Public Storage stretches far back, to other cities in U.S., beyond the five years in which Ive relied on the excellent--readily available--assistance & advice of the management office at Burlingames Adrian Road facility. Lee Ho is a "stand-out" example, for her very competent and thorough answers & suggestions for efficient solutions--Her quick-witted humor & pleasant manner never falters--I truly feel that Public Storage staff, on the whole, are consistently helpful--but Lee Ho, & her Adrian Road group, do really give 5-Star+ treatment. Thank you, George Ward
