I have had to move Self-Storage places twice the last 5 years due to the locations being closed. Finally had it with San Francisco and looked for a location outside the city. Read the great reviews for this business and after signing up for a new unit today Id like to add my own positive review. Cliff was the agent who helped my wife and I out and he was totally on the ball—from the moment I walked in the office to the signing of papers. He walked us through everything; the grounds, the units, insurance and the finer details of the paperwork. He made suggestions on products we should get for our unit and told us about the specials that they had on boxes and all the different sizes in stock. He didnt rush through the information. He was concise and to the point. He valued our time as he valued his. Lastly I was also impressed at how he dealt with another customer while he was busy with us. He was polite, gave the gentleman a time quote on how long it was going to take to wrap up our business and suggested a neighboring location if he was in a rush. Great customer service! Cliff was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The location itself was fine. Clean and in good working order and much cheaper than what we were paying downtown SF with better security. We dont mind the drive.

I have been a tenant at this Public Storage location for many years, under multiple leases. In spite of the fact that there are multiple storage locker facilities in this particular area – including other Public Storage locations – I continue to rent storage space at this location due to the high performance and tremendous customer service provided by one employee in particular – Dino, the Property Manager. Dino is very professional and personable. He is prompt at returning phone calls, polite, and efficient. His management of the property allows me to leave my valuables stored at Public Storage without any worry or concern about the safety of my possessions. Dino makes certain that this Public Storage location is kept safe, secure, and clean. He credibly assures his customers that he will protect their valuables and possessions. He offers solid advice about storage units and is always ready to assist. And, finally, Dino does all of these wonderful things with a smile! And, therefore, Dino makes it a pleasure to do business at this Public Storage location.

I have been at this location for a good five years now and when I first signed up I was given a great deal, and still they are very reasonable. This location is a very safe and convenient for a lot of people. I have never once had any issues with other renters or the staff whatsoever. I would like to comment on an individual who works at two properties including this one by the name of Arthur. He has done a great job and he provides great customer service honestly and a very friendly individual... this particular employee has been a great help to me and I appreciate his professionalism. I would also like to add that this location has recently over the course of several months done extensive remodeling outside and in and everything looks great professional and clean. Thank you Arthur for being a great employee, I am very happy with my service.

We were looking for a storage space to accommodate a house full of furniture and had reserved a space online for the Meath location. When we arrived Cliff showed us the 2 available spaces and was extremely knowledgeable in telling us about the spaces and how to place our items in the rooms in the most advantageous way. Unfortunately, neither of the available rooms suited our needs. Cliff volunteered to research other local PS storage facility options advising sizes, prices and other info about those locations. He was extremely helpful and thanks to him we easily found a spot that was perfectly matched to our needs. Thank you Cliff youre awesome!

I just want to let it be known that I am very pleased doing business with Public Storage in this location, (2679 Meath Drive in South San Francisco)) with how the employees are so nice and wonderful and very professional. Most importantly, they are very compassionate individuals which is for me makes a lot of difference. I would like to make mention Ms. Brittney and Mr. Cliff respectively. I just want to thank them both from the bottom of my heart for the kind of customer service they extended to me at a difficult time in my life. They made it easy and I will never forget it. More power to them both and to Public Storage.

So far my experience with this location has been amazing, Nicole, Dino, and Buddy have all been great and customer service has been outstanding. I just started using storage with them and so far Ive been helped with everything I need, they have been patient, gave me the best possible deal on my unit, and walked with me to choose between several locations and preferences. Ive had several public storage units in the past and this is the best customer service I have ever had. Cliff was really really helpful and had excellent advice regarding the type of storage unit and etc. He spent a lot of time making sure i understood everything. He never too pushy or didnt make me feel rushed. I had only came in there to get information and look at some pricing. I didnt even purchase a storage that day but he still have excellent service! Would definitely come back in the future.

We are a family moving across the state we were greeted with a friendly face, and a knowledgeable representative which helped to make our stressful trip a little bit easier. I must say I was very impressed with the service I received here. I wasnt really sure what I was looking for or which offer would best suit my needs. But Dino made me feel really comfortable and helped me w/ everything from the prices to the unit sizes and more. Im in the process of moving all my stuff out now but when I need a storage unit again, and Im sure I will, Ill def be back here thanks to the awesome service Dino gave me.

I just rented a storage space here and the customer service was amazing. Brittney helped me with everything I needed even though I had a ton of changes happening! I got a great price and I was able to see the different sizes of units to fit my liking. Looks like they have security cameras and an up to date lock system to keep properties safer. No troubles so far. Customer service was awesome.
