Ive been a loyal customer of Uhaul all my life, and i usually stick to one company, if one bad experience happens, i usually look over it. But the last time, it was back to back of things that came off extremely short and costed me WAY to much money, and there customer service was massively poor, they didnt help in any way to help moving to the bay any easier. I based my judgement of moving my house hold stuff to their storage. On the base of their short comings of information. It cost me double the initial budget i have plan to move. cz the unit they suggested to have my 3bedroom household didnt even fit 1/4 of the truck load. So what i did, i searched up another storage company. I end up picking this Public Storage because of the understanding and well oriented staff, they extremely understood the discomforts of moving and did what they could possibly do to make my moving to the bay easier. You couldnt get any more better customer service to help you in your time of moving then from the staff from this Public Storage, they are warm welcome, well oriented and the gold ticket what stood out to me, anything moving related, they go outta their way to make sure they give an efficient answer with multiple options to let you pick whats best for you. From a person who just went out on a wim to look for another storage unit to place our stuff till we buy a house here in the bay. I couldnt ask for a better staff and company to provide the service and customer service then this Public Storage. Thank you for ease of the decision making to move to your unit and your customer service. P.S. Look for Art, great guy, he helped me ALOT!!! made moving our household stuff into his unit at ease

I had to help my friend who relocated from another state to Daly City, Wow, I truly am impressed with the professionalism, customer service, security and overall friendliness of this place. Corinne at the counter especially has a fabulous way of making one of lifes more challenging and stressful times as pleasant as possible. I helped a friend move her items here because it was in a relatively easy and safe spot and the price point match her budget. We came to visit early to select a spot and Corinne showed us a few spaces based on the needs my friend had. Truly an Asset to Public Storage! The facility itself is very clean, secure! Great Spot! Like I said, the friendly and attentive staff here make the visit a pleasant one!

I just rented a storage unit and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortably and at ease Tara at Public Storage on King Dr. made the experience go. I gotta say at a time when I feel everyone is out for the least amount of kindness or respect, and just want your money, for the least amount of work they can do. I felt very respected and like more than a sale. I didnt feel rushed out, she was through, explained what I needed to know, she even looked me in the face asking if I had questions. I have been overwhelmed by moving and she made this one less painless experience. Thank you Tara, you do not know how pleasant you made my day. I hope your employers value you, I know I do! I will recommend your facility with the highest regards.

I would definitely recommend this location the property manager, Your Majesty is his name, is super nice and helpful he answered all my question and gave great customer service totally made me feel comfotable and at ease disclosing my personal needs and concerns to make sure I got the right size unit for the best price. The property location is close to samtrans also walking distance from daly city bart, The rental process went fast and smoothe no conplaints, Made my move-in as easy as could be. Ask for Your Majesty super down to earth professional and the best by far. Five star rating!!!

They have RATS, I posted photos of my unit above. The staff is well aware of the rat issue, I currently have a complaint filed and had to file an official complaint with the city before they wanted to hear my issues and replace what was damaged. The issue started when a woman brought in a bag of dog food earlier in the spring to store and theyve had rats ever since, my furniture is deficated all over, childrens bags chewed into, truly a nasty place.

My wife and I rented at the public storage over on King Dr. We stayed there for about a month. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and the property is pretty clean. Art showed me the unit and told me everything I would need for my move. Several days later I rented with Misha who was very friendly and professional. I will definitely come back if I ever need storage again.

Came in here to rent a storage space. Art nicely showed me the space and gave some suggestion on how to prevent some moisture from getting into my stuff. Since the location is close to the ocean and have lots of fog, best that I protect my junk. Great help. The place looks clean and Ill update review after I move in.

Great location, amazing employees, great service Cliff helped me to sort out everything in regard of the storage unit I rent from PS. He was very helpful and patient and made everything super easy for me. I would recommend this service if you are looking for storing bunch of stuff for a while.
