Rented a 15 footer to make a trash run and was able to make a same day reservation here. The lady who helped me was was very nice and once it was turn it went pretty smooth. The problem that keeps me from giving a higher rating was she was the only one working and right as it opened at 10am there were 4 people already there. It took 30 - 45 minutes to pick up and it put me way behind on the busy day I had planned. The price was very reasonable and the friendly service is what will let me consider renting from this location again.

We kept our furniture and one of their units, and when I got it home there was mouse droppings all over everything! I opened up my Christmas decorations and there was a dead mouse inside of the Tupperware container. The management office hours are always unpredictable, and sometimes they close early. Overall a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Get ready to be charged unnecessary cleaning fee!!!! The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the convenience I had dropping off the vehicle after hours. Apart from that, I think the store representative is the epitome of worst customer service. The lady there (L..) should get enrolled in customer service 101.

Reserved a U-Haul vehicle online the day before and when we arrived to pick up the facility was closed. Very difficult access to the lot. Limited selection. Not pleased with this location for obtaining U-Haul equipment.
